During the inspection, it was clear that pressure from the soil outside the foundation was pushing against the basement walls. Over time, that pressure had caused the walls to shift inward, leading to the bowing and cracking he was seeing.

To fix the issue and prevent further movement, the team recommended installing the PowerBrace™ System. This solution uses steel beams that are secured to the floor and framing above, designed to stabilize the walls and, over time, potentially straighten them.
