In Hillsville, Judy was dealing with ongoing moisture and drainage problems in her crawl space. Water was collecting beneath the home, leaving the area damp and humid year-round. Without proper waterproofing and moisture control, the crawl space was vulnerable to continued water intrusion and unhealthy conditions beneath the home.
Nate and his crew installed a complete crawl space encapsulation system designed to provide long-term moisture protection. An EZ Flow drainage system was added to direct water away from the crawl space, while a TripleSafe™ sump pump was installed to provide reliable protection against future water intrusion.
To fully seal the area, the team installed a CleanSpace® vapor barrier throughout the crawl space, creating a clean, dry, and controlled environment beneath the home. SilverGlo™ insulation was also added along the walls to improve energy efficiency and help regulate temperatures year-round.
As shown in the after photo, the crawl space is now dry, sealed, and fully protected. Judy can now enjoy a healthier home environment with lasting peace of mind knowing the moisture issues beneath her home have been properly addressed.
