Fortress Foundation Solutions Before & After Photos

This client noticed a section of his broken concrete had become a tripping hazard, so he called Fortress Foundation Solutions, who sent out our System Designer, Chris Wilmouth, to do a thorough inspection and give the client an estimate. After the client had agreed to the estimate, we sent out our Poly crew, Mickey Knight and Dominique "Dom" Wells, who injected our PolyLevel Foam underneath the concrete slab to level it, then sealed the cracks with our NexusPro Joint Sealant. Our customer was very happy with the result!

A commercial property owner in Roanoke was dealing with a seriously compromised retaining wall supporting a parking lot. Over time, pressure from the soil behind the wall had caused noticeable movement and instability, creating concerns about the long-term safety and reliability of the structure above. With the retaining wall responsible for supporting a heavily used parking area, it was important to address the issue before the damage became more severe.

After evaluating the retaining wall, our team determined that permanent stabilization was needed to stop further movement and reinforce the structure. To secure the wall, we installed 14 GeoLock™ Wall Anchors along the affected section of the retaining wall.

GeoLock™ Wall Anchors are designed to stabilize failing walls by extending into stable soil beyond the pressure zone and permanently anchoring the structure in place. This system helped counteract the outside soil pressure while restoring strength and stability to the retaining wall supporting the parking lot.

This customer had built this home himself and felt super discouraged the patio was sinking down, he called Fortress Foundation Solutions determined to get it fixed! The Fortress Team sent our System Designer Paul to inspect the property. He discovered the patio had settled two inches from the foundation. Paul sent out our Poly Crew Mickey and Dom to use our PolyLevel Injection Foam to lift the settled patio and fill the gap between the patio and foundation. 

Richard was experiencing foundation settlement at his home in Roanoke, Virginia, after sections of the foundation footing had cracked, causing one side of the home to begin sinking. Tyler and his crew stabilized the failing foundation by installing 4 Helical Piers. Due to limited access outside the home, the piers were carefully installed from the interior while minimizing disruption to the finished space. The foundation is now properly supported, helping prevent further settlement and providing Richard with long-term peace of mind.

Bobbie and Hollis noticed cracks forming throughout their Fieldale home, and several doors no longer opened and closed properly. After inspecting the foundation, we found that settlement had caused sections of the footing to sink, compromising the home's stability.
