After the hurricane Helene swept through central Virginia our basement flooded. We knew we needed some help. Fortress Foundation Solutions has just concluded a three day massive overhaul of my old dug-out crawlspace/basement. Nathan, Dakota and Mikey were a pleasure to work with and they even mopped the floors behind themselves. They were very polite, cleaned up, and explained everything as they went along. They installed perimeter French drains, a new sump pump, a dehumidifier and new superior plastic sheeting to cover the earthen walls. The new sheeting has several layers designed to wick moisture and provide greater drainage. They stayed until the job was complete and until they were satisfied that we fully understood all that they had done. It looks great and I’m feeling much more secure.

Great experience with the crew that did the work in our home. Big shout out to the foreman Scott Farmer and his assistants Dan and Aaron. They were knowledgeable, efficient and cared for my home as if it were their own.

I just wanted to let you know how appreciative I am and completely impressed by the crew headed by Toby. They were prompt, thorough, informative, professional and overall one of the most pleasant work crews I’ve ever had at the house AND all while working through really challenging weather conditions.    In addition, Josh, the electrician, was simply a magician in solving the electrical requirements and including me in the process. I’ve literally never had so much fun working with an educated professional. Ever.    Also, the three of you working with my husband and I, given the catastrophic nature of our basement flood and scheduling us so quickly was sincerely a godsend.    I’d like to send this to the higher ups but didn’t know who they are. You all should be highly commended for making a hugely stressful event so seamlessly and expertly repaired while being genuinely pleasant people.    Your company environment must be really wonderful to have such employees.    Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

D.J., my Service Technician, was patient, efficient, and friendly.  He took time to listen to the concerns I had and fixed them. He represents Fortress Foundation Solutions very well.    

Scott was our foreman with his crew Dan and Aaron. They were very respectful and did a great job on our basement. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Caleb came in a timely manner to give an estimate and worked us in the schedule quickly. Tim came to lift our concrete pads that house the HVAC units. This was done in a professional manner with minimal clean up. I would highly recommend the Fortress Foundation crew. Thank you both so much!
