Today was the day!! Nathan and Dakota came this morning to install a new support beam, 4 jacks and a sister joist. They were even able to jack my house/floor back to its original position closing all gaps and stopping all squeaky floors. Both great guys and HARD workers. I’ll never use another company for anything basementy!I haven’t even decided yet if I’m going to go with Fortress foundation but I can tell u one thing. If this world had more ppl like Caleb Stone we would be much better off. Caleb showed up early, more than ready for any questions or concerns we threw at him. Not only was he absolutely 100% professional, but he was very personable and easy to relate to and talk with. When he showed up here, he had all the latest gizmos and gadgets to surpass any expectation that we had. To say he was thorough is an understatement. When I told him I wanted to go under the house to inspect the foundation with him not only was he completely on board to answer all my questions and what if’s but he had an extra hazmat suit for me and gloves to make sure I was completely comfortable and well protected. After doing the inspection of my home, he spent 30 to 45 minutes, just educating us on our possible options and outcomes, with the understanding that we might not even go with his company. But not once did I feel rushed or on a time crunch. I can’t say enough about how well this company has prepared their employees with training, retraining, and education. Being a veteran on a set income, he went over payment options with me and even got me preapproved in under five minutes. To say the least I was impressed and more then happy to give away my 8k. They also do military discounts. This company was built by one man, local here and has grown 3 states wide. I truly look fwd to doing business with them. The team, Tim, Alex, Jayden, and Tim were absolute professionals from start to finish. They called 30 minutes before arrival to confirm, showed up right on time, and got straight to work. The quality of their repair job was top notch; everything looks smooth and stable now, with no more tripping hazards or unsightly gaps. They even took the time to clean up thoroughly afterward, leaving my property spotless. We needed to get our crawl space repaired in our forever home.Scott Greear did a thorough inspection, took the time and gave us the right solution for reducing moisture levels in our crawl space.His knowledge about home construction was very helpful to me.I appreciate his attention to detail and excellent communication with me, being timely in answering my many questions.Scott Farmer, Dan, and Clinton we're busy, busy, busy, and transformed our damp crawl space into a clean, encapsulated, dry space.Scott was also knowledgeable and answered many questions for me about the encapsulation process.Had great communication with these guys and it was a pleasure to have them working at my house.I had four companies give me estimates. Fortress was the company that I felt I could trust and they did not disappoint me.I highly recommend them, they will take care of you.BTW, That's my temporary extension cord running across the floor in the pictures. I was so impressed with Fortress Foundation Solutions and their knowledge of our crawl space and professionalism. Caleb did our initial assessment and was extremely respectful of our home, our situation and helped us come up with a solution that would protect our crawl space at a price we could afford. The foreman Scott and his crew, Dan, Jordan and Matthew worked diligently and efficiently for the two days they were here. They were respectful of our home and so kind to my kids who were asking them a million questions as they worked. Scott kept me up to date on the project and made sure that I understood the work they were doing and how it would affect the home. I was very impressed with all of the work done start to finish.

I've had to have them come out and do 2 jobs for me now and both times they were polite, professional and ready to answer anything questions I had along the way. I still have more work that needs done and will be calling them for that as well.

Adam was great! He was able to come out and look at the property right away since we are on a tight timeline to give us his honest evaluation of what was needed. He was very helpful in stating that his company wouldn't be the right fit for this repair, that would it was more of a contractor job, but he did take a good look at everything to make sure we could figure out where the water intrusion was coming from and give me his best advice on the needed repair.

Just wanted to let you know what a positive experience we had withSkylar. My mother was concerned that the foundation under the porch was failing. Skylar checked it out and determined the foundation was solid and showed us (my brother and I) what the problem was. Unfortunately, he said it wasn't something your company could help with, but talked with us about some solutions. He also checked out the rest of the house foundation as my mother was concerned about it also. He was very knowledgeable and, quite frankly, we were impressed that he didn't try to rush off once he determined your company wouldn't be able to help us.   If all your techs are like Skylar, I would feel very comfortable referring your company to others.

Just want to highly recommend Fortress Foundation for a five star job well done. Tim, Tim Alex and Kevin were extremely professional and very skilled at doing a fantastic job !!! I would like to add the salesman named Caleb was no pressure explained everything, answered all questions in a professional manner. I felt very comfortable giving him my deposit for the project to be completed a month in the future. I got regular text from him and the company along the way including a phone call from the men that morning letting me know their ETA. 5 STARS !!!

Joe came out to access the situation in my basement. His expertise and knowledge to this matter is exceptional. He explained the problem and suggested a solution to me with a great price.Jordan did an excellent job installing the dehumidifier. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the time to explain how the system works, made sure the setup was tailored to my space, and left everything clean and tidy when he finished. The humidity levels have been perfect ever since, and the air feels noticeably fresher.I really appreciated the attention to detail and friendly attitude from both of them—they clearly takes pride in their work. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing "anything basementy"!

Mike and his crew(david,austin,alex,brett) did an amazing job with a crawlspace encapsulation that had been having a major water issue. they even finished a day earlier then expected!

Thank you to Cody at Fortress Foundation Solutions. Unlike other third party vendors, when I forgot to call back and have someone meet him at the property he took initiative and did the inspection anyway. Most people would not do the job and not mention it.

Fortress Foundation Solutions installed four jacks to support beams in our basement. The materials used were superb and exceeded only by the workmanship of the crew. These young men did a fabulous, professional job. If we have basement issues in the future we will use Fortress Foundation Solutions, cannot recommend them highly enough.
