Fortress Foundation came to address leakage in encapsulated sheeting. Cody and Rashad listened to our description, diagnosed the issue, and made the repairs. They also patiently explained what they did to address the issue and provided information on what to look for to prevent further issues.

We went with Fortress because they offered the most comprehensive plan to fix our foundation completely, not just a part of it. This kind of work isn't cheap but we figured if we were going to do it at all, we'd do everything and do it right, then never worry again. Caleb was always helpful and communicative throughout the process, and the team that came out (Tyler, Daniel and Lump) were professional and answered every question we had. Due to what they found in the ground they had to change part of the plan at one point; Tyler was very communicative with us and was able to make changes to the work order the same day, so they could carry on essentially without interruption. When the city inspector came to look at the push piers they'd installed, his exact words were that they did a textbook job, couldn't be better.My wife and I were very happy with how they treated us and how they did the job. If you want things done right, you should consider this company.

Even though you were not the lowest quote I chose you because you were located in the city and since I am a business owner within the city I wanted to support other businesses. Rick was very thorough when he came to the house and went into detail to explain to me what had to happen to get my basement wall dry. I am just amazed they completed the project so quickly.
