From day one of my drainage and sump pump install, the Fortress team was fantastic. My basement had flooded several times and this was not a cheap project. I talked to 5 different companies before settling on Fortress.   Disclaimer: I am NOT an easy customer when it comes to expensive projects like this. I read every fine print in detail and ask lots of questions, take my time on decisions, and cross compare between quotes and warranties etc. He was direct and courteous and followed up in a timely manner with every question I had. When he didn't know, his manager was prompt in supporting him and they did a lot of work to make sure I was happy before signing the contract.   On the days of the job, the team was also fantastic. Travis, Jack, Tim, were all kind and professional and did a really good job. I was home for the project and could also hear them talking all day. They got along great and figured out problems with the project in a timely manner. They remained professional and efficient throughout the whole project - all great qualities to see in a team working on your house!   Last week, we had rains that would have flooded my basement again, but my sump pump kicked in and it all worked beautifully. Clean and dry!   I would recommend this team again and when I'm ready for the next stage of my basement fix, I'll be calling them to do it.

Caleb Stone came to our home and we discussed our concerns with our crawl space. After an inspection we came to an agreement on what was and was not needed. 30 years after having our sewer main replaced, our sidewalk and driveway had sunk and cracked in multiple places. We debated whether or not to replace the sidewalk and driveway but Fortress Foundation Solutions gave us a quote to raise, level and seal the concrete that was about half the cost.Throughout the process communication was great. We received materials via mail that clearly detailed the steps and process in the proposal. Our crew, Alex and Tim, walked me through each of the steps as they were doing them and made sure to consult me as they worked - verifying that the lift of the driveway was where I wanted it relative to the lip of the garage and that the sidewalk repairs were to my satisfaction. I was worried about the size of the holes that would need to be drilled but they are maybe 0.5” diameter and barely noticable. The end result was amazing - an almost 50 year-old sidewalk looks almost brand new. Alex and Tim do great work.I highly recommend Fortress Foundation Solutions to anyone I know who need basement or outdoor concrete work.

Rashad and Cody were absolutely wonderful! They came to my home to inspect my crawl spaces and theywere extremely professional, polite and went out of there way to ensure everything was ok and in working order. I love this company as their customer service is beyond amazing. We have used this company on multiple occasions and they always deliver. I can’t sing the praises enough on Rashad and Cody; they represent this company with outstanding service, and kindness!

Rashad & Cody did the annual maintenance on my sump pump and dehumidifier along with changing the filter....they both were so professional and kind....Rashad did the cleaning of the pump and also replaced the filter...Cody was explaining and Rashaad was as well, explaining a great of many different things on why it's so important to have the Annual Maintenance done...it was explained very well and also good to know. I was impressed with the 2 gentlemen on how well they work together and also their professionalism...

Danny Camunas is one of those exceptional people who truly seems passionate about and genuinely enjoys his work! He is very knowledgeable about so many elements related to foundation health and safety that I never even thought about. It’s easy to take things like rain and drought for granted, but he knows a lot about how they can impact a foundation. I highly recommend him for repair work, as well as preventive inspection.

Travis, Jack, and Seth installed a system to jack my floors up in Afton. Travis was good to work with and kept me informed and up to date one what was going on. I’ll request them again if I have any other work done by Fortress Foundation in the future.
