Danny did a great job staying in communication with us during the whole process. Everything was very professional and well explained before the actual work started. Once the job began we had Travis and his crew and they were similarly fantastic to work with. Travis was very helpful and always checked with us first to confirm things were just the way we wanted. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing an interior basement waterproofing system installed.

Our 1930's home had major sagging floors in one section (a 3.5in drop from the edge of the room to the center) and water issues in the cellar when it rained. I reached out to Fortress Foundation and was called back within 15 min! Danny came out to the house and after doing an inspection he provided a couple of different options that we could go with. He explained everything to my wife and I in simple terms that we could understand. We did not feel pressured at all. In fact he specifically told us that while they were able to do all of the work we wanted, a portion of it would not be cost effective; and he recommended holding off on that section until a later date since he knew we wanted to do other renovations later. We ultimately leveled the main area and added a moisture barrier to the crawlspace. Travis and his crew came out to do the work over the course of 2 days. They were great to work with. They were professional, communicated well, and respected our home. It has now been 9 months since the work was completed and we have no complaints. We would highly recommend Fortress Foundation Solutions and specifically Danny and Travis.

We had no idea how bad it had gotten until one day I noticed the wall was separated from the floor in my kitchen! The floor was actually sinking!!! I knew we needed to get someone in to assess the situation quickly! My husband had seen a billboard for this company so I looked them up online, read the reviews, and decided to give them a call. They sent Danny out to us and I knew from the moment I shook his hand that this was going to be a positive experience. He listened to our concerns and then did the inspection. When he came up from the crawl space I knew it wasn't good by the look on his face. I told him to give it to me straight. That's exactly what he did and I appreciate that so much. He explained everything that needed to be done...showed us pictures and gave us a quote...then he respected the time we needed to digest the cost and figure out our finances. He never pressured us. Our project was a big one. It needed to be done in 3 phases!1st phase was Mauricio's team.......they came and did the initial clean-out! A dirty job but a great bunch of guys...hard workers!2nd phase was Jeff's team.......they did all the wood / beam work. They needed to replace 2 main beams along with many floor joists...a ton of work! These three guys worked together like a well-oiled machine. They new exactly what needed to be done! It took about 4 days but WOW what a difference in our floors! Amazing!3rd phase was Travis's team.......they came in and finished the project by insulating and encapsulating the entire crawl space. They installed the dehumidifier and made sure everything was in working order. They checked the sump pumps and stapled up any low hanging wires...etc. Again, great bunch of hard-working guys! They took the time to answer any questions we had. Travis then took me down to show me what was done and explained everything to me! It looks like a brand new crawl space! See for yourself in the attached pictures!After a couple weeks I noticed one of the sump pump pipes was leaking. I called the office and they sent someone out right away to fix it. Derrick took care of it. He was great!

Danny came and did a thorough inspection of the house and found an additional crack in the foundation that needed to be addressed. he walked me through everything, provided a lot of detail and information, and answered all my questions. Jordan then came and performed the work. he fixed two cracks in my foundation very quickly. he had to take apart a closet and jackhammer the ground to address the issue. he left no mess and was very nice. a week later and no issues so far

Fortress encapsulated my townhouse crawlspace and added a sump pump with perimeter drain to address a moisture issue. The crew was outstanding! Very communicative and easy to talk to. Thanks Mike Hill and your team!

Riley was amazing, as far as communication his estimate came in spot on. They did a great job finishing the work and then cleaning the yard up afterwards and then recheck and get a couple weeks later. Excellent company, great results and total professionalism.
