The  entire company was great, but the crew was amazing, knowledgeable and super helpful. Very attentive to everything and answered all my questions. My wife and 6 month old daughter were upstairs the entire time and we were impressed with how "quiet" the install went. The crew cleaned up so well, you wouldn't have known they were there... Fortress Foundation Solutions installed four jacks to support beams in our basement. The materials used were superb and exceeded only by the workmanship of Mike, Austin and Isaiah. These young men did a fabulous, professional job. If we have basement issues in the future we will use Fortress Foundation Solutions, cannot recommend them highly enough.

Travis and his team - Jack, Seth & Anthony - did incredible work in our crawl space. They installed jacks, encapsulated the crawl space and installed a dehumidifing system. It’s hard work on they did it promptly and professionally. We are so thankful and would recommend them to anyone looking for similar work.

Mike, Gus, and Danny did an excellent job installing new supports in our 1880s farmhouse crawlspace. They were polite, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the process. Mike was especially knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

I contacted Fortress for assistance with my property taking on groundwater. Joe Mancini visited my home to conduct an assessment. Joe was very upfront with me in sharing that, due to the construction of my property (not having a basement or crawlspace), Fortress was not able to provide the waterproofing service I sought. Despite this, Joe took the time to educate me as to the type of service I needed for my property type (even pulling and showing me pictures of an example of the needed work) and gave some suggestions on how to find the service. Joe did offer an air purifier for my space to assist with mold contamination in the air (due to the water issue), to try to help my situation. Jordan delivered/installed the air purifier at a time that was convenient to me. He was professional and fully demonstrated the function and maintenance of the unit.

Josh Bogle and his colleague Larry were truly first class in their professionalism, kindness and excellence in service. Best electrician in Virginia, bar none.
