Just had my sidewalk leveled by Fortress Foundation Solution. Tim, Tim, Jayden and Alex did a great job leveling the sidewalk. This crew worked very efficiently and all went well. Would highly recommend.

Clint demonstrated timeliness, knowledgeability, and most important, honesty. First, he showed up right on time and gave me a call in advance to let me know when he would be there. Then, he did a thorough inspection of my basement and told me what was working well currently and what he recommends having addressed. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Overall I had a good experience and will be choosing Fortress for any future work.

Fortress Foundations Solutions fixed our basement problems! Our crawl space is clean, bright and dry (also, not creepy looking anymore!). Caleb explained the problems and solutions simply, with details and answered every question, quickly and clearly. Ms. Cox reached out to have her vent cover replaced. Our service coordinator, Tmerik Cobbs, was quickly able to quote her a price for the replacement, however, what she thought was a vent cover was actually an IceGuard. Tmerik immediately reached out and apologized for the incorrect information provided, and quoted her a new price. She responded saying "...thank you! You guys have been prompt and professional from the very beginning. And you don't just find that these days. So again, thank you guys so much."

Very professional and honest people. They do great work and on a timely manner. If you ever need any foundation, waterproofing, concrete leveling, or electrical or plumbing work done, yes they have an electrical department and plumbing as well which makes it awesome for a one stop shop! If you're having problems in any of those areas you should give them a call for a fast free estimate.

Caleb Stone provided many useful insights with our structural challenge. I strongly recommend calling him or his staff for their assessment to your issues.

The team of workers from Fortress Foundation was excellent. Scott, Dan, Jordan and Jamil were very friendly, very hard workers and very considerate of our property and belongings. I had my dehumidifer installation set for next week, but Kevin called to see if we could schedule it earlier because it was getting warmer outside—grateful he thought of that! He also put the unit in a better location near the drain. Kevin was quick, kind, and explained the service/warranty/what to look for if the unit has problems.

Kevin came to our house today to maintenance our sump pump, he was exceptional to say the least. He gave up his Saturday to accommodate with our busy schedule. What I enjoyed the most was talking sports and wrestling with Kevin. He’s a 70s baby just like myself. Only problem was Kevin is a Duke fan and I’m UNC all day, but we made it work . Look forward to seeing Kevin again next year

Great experience with the crew that did the work in our home. Big shout out to the foreman Scott Farmer and his assistants Dan and Aaron. They were knowledgeable, efficient and cared for my home as if it were their own.
