The Fortress crew came today to do a crawlspace encapsulation for radon mitigation. They arrived a little earlier than the promised time. The crew chief, Gustavo was very polite and professional. Along with Luis, Jorge, and Daniel they finished the job ahead of schedule and with excellent quality. They also cleaned the area well. Great crew and good company. Additionally the system designer, Skylar Beverage, came right on time for the initial assessment and provided us with a carefully calculated cost estimate at the end of his visit. Skylar knew we had a very serious time constraint and tried hard and succeeded in meeting our timing needs beyond expectations. Bravo.

Scott Farmer, Dan, Jordan, and Jamil got the project done sooner than expected, and Scott kept us updated throughout the process so we would understand exactly what was happening. We’ll be using FFS for all of our crawlspace and foundation work from here on out!

Fortress Foundation came to address leakage in encapsulated sheeting. Cody and Rashad listened to our description, diagnosed the issue, and made the repairs. They also patiently explained what they did to address the issue and provided information on what to look for to prevent further issues.

Travis Farmer is very knowledgeable and kept me informed of what was happening throughout the whole process. I appreciated how he communicated with not only me, but with his teammate, Jack, to get everything done in a timely manner.

Firstly, Chris made a visit to gauge the scope of work and the materials required. His is very professional and we kept in touch prior to the repair crew arriving a few weeks later.Tim and his crew arrived earlier than expected and went right to work. Their methods were far superior to another company that was out here a few years back who did a slap and dab with their caulking product. Pad lifting was fair but not good. Chris had emphasize the need to lift the pads to the weep holes in the retaining wall that is 52' long.Tim kept me apprise of their progress and the final result looks great. The clean-up was excellent and nothing was left behind but the great work. Five stars for certain and a highly recommended company for a wet basement (MIL) and our driveway and large parking area.

Joe came out to evaluate and give a detailed analysis on how to resolve our cracked concrete floor in our garage. Joe was very detailed about what was to be done and also showed a video that clearly explains how the floor would be corrected. I appreciate the help from fortress and their professionalism with this project. I would absolutely recommend fortress to anyone .

We had Fortress waterproof our basement and are more than over the top pleased with the service provided.We have a full basement and have had problems with water after any rain accumulation over 1inch for the last several years. We received a few estimates and decided on Fortress because of their quality reviews, workmanship, and customer service. They scheduled our work promptly, confirmed the arrival times/ dates and crew called to provide on arrival time on site. The crew arrived on time and the full job was completed in the 2 day scheduled timeframe. After the work was completed we were given a complete overview of all the working components of the new system, warranty ect. They run all the exterior drains, replaced the sod, mulch, and even reseeded around the trenches. Everything was cleaned up and work was done in a timely manner.We would highly recommend them for anything basemently. Thank you for our peace of mind with our basement.

Cope’s crew with Fortress Foundation in Lynchburg, Virginia were great. There are always surprises when opening parts of houses that haven’t been opening in decades, but Cope and the crew worked with us and helped get the job done well and promptly. They installed water guard around my basement, and I’m looking forward to a leak proof home now.
