As they worked, they let me know they found a leak in one of the condensation lines for my HVAC unit, so I could contact that company to have it repaired.When the HVAC repair man came, he commented on what a great job the Fortress crew had done. He said his work takes him into all kinds of crawlspaces and every crawlspace he has been in that Fortress has done have been excellent and has helped his customers with their heating and cooling as well as making the air quality of the home so much better.Another man who works in telecommunications and goes to all kinds of job sites, when he went in the crawlspace, he too commented on a job well done and was very impressed.When the county inspector came for the final inspection, he too commented on what a great job they had done. The county I live in, the inspectors are known for being real sticklers on the details. When I said the Fortress crew had done a great job. He responded with, "Yes. I recently had fortress foundations do a major foundation stabilization to our home. From the very beginning this project went with out a hitch. From Danny coming and doing an assessment and estimate of the project to David and his crew coming and doing the work. They called to give us a time when to expect them. When David and crew got here they went straight to work. They understood our foundational issues. They were very respectful of our property and carful not to damage anything. I have worked around construction most of my life and these guys were great. They didn’t use any profanity and that was very refreshing and professional. I can’t give them enough compliments. If you’re needing this type of work done these people are the best.

My handyman told me I needed to get a foundation specialist to fix my problem and put in a sump pump. I searched online and found a couple of them in my area and there weren't many so l looked for highest ratings. You were the only ones I found with a high rating so I called you for an estimate on fixing my basement. I had to wait for a crew but when they came they were great!

I contacted Kurtis knowing him from real estate. I believed I had a foundation issue with my home. Kurtis was at my property the next day doing a full Inspection. After the Inspection he walked me through his findings even using a very cool laser level to explain what was going on with my property. After further discussion and going over a number of solutions we settled on a power brace system for my bowing wall for my basement. I did not have a water problem but the power brace solution offered a solution for a future possible issue that was very intriguing.Long story short i moved ahead with Fortress and in a matter of a short 2 weeks fortress had a crew at the property with the Forman in charge named Alex! Alex went through the full scope of work and walk me through every step of the way for a refresher of the work to be done.

Everything was fine. Crew cleaned up well. Would recommend to family and friends.
