Cope’s crew with Fortress Foundation in Lynchburg, Virginia were great. There are always surprises when opening parts of houses that haven’t been opening in decades, but Cope and the crew worked with us and helped get the job done well and promptly. They installed water guard around my basement, and I’m looking forward to a leak proof home now.

Great experience with Derrick Schmidt! We had several issues in and around our encapsulated crawlspace that needed a remedy (falling tape, cut lining, leaking pipe, bowing vent covers). He took time to listen to our concerns and fix them as well as make additional adjustments to the dehumidifier and pipes to help them function more efficiently.

I have worked with Danny on two concrete lifting and leveling projects and he has always been great to work with! He didn’t just give us a quote, he took his time to walk through the project and educate us on the why and how of the repair process. Both projects were done flawlessly and have stood the test of time.

This is our second time using Fortress Foundation for some pretty substantial leaks. Caleb Stone is great at assessing the issues accurately and coming up with the most cost effective solution. We have worked with Foreman Cope both times as well and he has walked us through the installation process and explained everything thoroughly, cleaned up well, and is very nice to work with. As they worked, they let me know they found a leak in one of the condensation lines for my HVAC unit, so I could contact that company to have it repaired.When the HVAC repair man came, he commented on what a great job the Fortress crew had done.
