Every step of the way, they were courteous, respectful, knowledgeable in what needed to be done to my crawl space.They didn't just do the minimums of their job, they went above and beyond by explaining what they were doing and answering any questions. As they worked, they let me know they found a leak in one of the condensation lines for my HVAC unit, so I could contact that company to have it repaired.When the HVAC repair man came, he commented on what a great job the Fortress crew had done. He said his work takes him into all kinds of crawlspaces and every crawlspace he has been in that Fortress has done have been excellent and has helped his customers with their heating and cooling as well as making the air quality of the home so much better.Another man who works in telecommunications and goes to all kinds of job sites, when he went in the crawlspace, he too commented on a job well done and was very impressed.When the county inspector came for the final inspection, he too commented on what a great job they had done. Danny and the crew from Fortress Foundations did an outstanding job with our basement/foundation issues. Danny was thorough with his initial inspection and evaluation. The team that came and did the work were conscientious about our property. Communication during the repairs was clear and readily available. Gotta say I hated spending the money on this type of repair HOWEVER it was necessary and the pricing was very competitive. They were upfront with costs and timelines which were adhered to as best as possible. Bottom line is when Danny made promises, he kept every one of them.

  Travis, Jack and Seth did a great job on the crawlspace and basement job. All were very polite and kept me updated on their progress. Finished in a timely manner. Crew was very professional and their work was top notch.

Loved working with Kurtis to understand what was going on in our back room that is half underground. My crawlspace and encapsulation was completed today. Kevin, Ant, Dakota and Nate showed up yesterday as scheduled. The rain and cold showed up about the same time, but it didn’t seem to matter. They worked quickly and efficiently. The electrical team, Larry and Josh, were in and out so fast I almost missed them. For the brief moments, they needed to be in the house they always took their shoes off ( even when I said it wasn’t necessary). Everyone on the team was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. The resulting work was incredible. I wish I had taken some before photos. It’s hard to believe the difference.When choosing a company to do this, I had no experience or frame of reference. I made my choice based on the recommendation of a friend. I would make the same recommendation to anybody.

I recently had fortress foundations do a major foundation stabilization to our home. From the very beginning this project went with out a hitch. From Danny coming and doing an assessment and estimate of the project to David and his crew coming and doing the work. They called to give us a time when to expect them. When David and crew got here they went straight to work. They understood our foundational issues. They were very respectful of our property and carful not to damage anything. I have worked around construction most of my life and these guys were great. They didn’t use any profanity and that was very refreshing and professional. I can’t give them enough compliments. If you’re needing this type of work done these people are the best.

My handyman told me I needed to get a foundation specialist to fix my problem and put in a sump pump. I searched online and found a couple of them in my area and there weren't many so l looked for highest ratings. You were the only ones I found with a high rating so I called you for an estimate on fixing my basement. I had to wait for a crew but when they came they were great!
