We had water coming in through our basement window well and hydrostatic pressure against our foundation wall. Fortress Foundation Solutions saved the day and we just wrapped up our basement waterproofing project with the basement gutter system and new sump pump and backup battery. Our job was installed by Santiago, David, and Jorge. I can’t praise these guys enough. They showed up on time, were professional, polite and courteous, took extra care in protecting my basement and HVAC system from the concrete dust, kept me up to date and in the loop on the process from beginning to end, and Santiago answered all my questions about the install and best ways to approach reframing up and insulating my basement. They did top notch work at a reasonable price. You can see the before where it’s very clear where water was coming into my basement, photos of how they installed the basement gutter system, and the after - no more water coming in my basement! One seldom finds a company that has the integrity and honest evaluations than Fortress Foundation Solutions. We had a water leak in our basement and the company determined that it wasn’t a serious problem but a one time event. My frantic wife was immediately calmed. If or when I have a foundation problem I will never consider any other company to repair it. I trust them implicitly.

We had work done at our home, by Jordan and Izek, to stop ground water leakage from the outside where the septic line penetrates the foundation wall below grade into the basement. The work required extensive digging by hand down several feet through rock and clay. They were competent, professional, and congenial. They explained their multiple step plan to seal the penetration thoroughly and patiently. When the work was completed, the area was beautifully restored. Excellent basement French drain install, with hi quality 'Triple Safe' industrial grade sump pumps. Front sales is sooo much more knowledgeable than the other foundation places, as they used do installs, and had great communications to the actual install team, who were obviously also very experienced. Know how to handle radon sensitive installs too! A league above the rest! Now protected from those 100 year floods that now happen every 10 years ;)

Fortress was recommended to me by a neighbor/friend and I, too, can highly recommend Fortress services. You will be cheating yourself if you don’t include them for foundation repair estimates. Great company!
