I am very pleased with my experience with Fortress Foundation Solutions. From Eddie (the system designer) to Nick (job foreman), Dante and Jarred (the crew), as well as Josh (electrician). Every step of the way, they were courteous, respectful, knowledgeable in what needed to be done to my crawl space.They didn't just do the minimums of their job, they went above and beyond by explaining what they were doing and answering any questions. As they worked, they let me know they found a leak in one of the condensation lines for my HVAC unit, so I could contact that company to have it repaired.When the HVAC repair man came, he commented on what a great job the Fortress crew had done. He said his work takes him into all kinds of crawlspaces and every crawlspace he has been in that Fortress has done have been excellent and has helped his customers with their heating and cooling as well as making the air quality of the home so much better.Another man who works in telecommunications and goes to all kinds of job sites, when he went in the crawlspace, he too commented on a job well done and was very impressed.When the county inspector came for the final inspection, he too commented on what a great job they had done. The county I live in, the inspectors are known for being real sticklers on the details. When I said the Fortress crew had done a great job. He responded with, "Yes. From our initial interaction with Joe, their sales guy that explained their services and what they do, to Demi in scheduling, to the true rock stars, Tim and Alex, the guys who did the work, EVERYONE was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. The value for everything they did is there folks. They saved us TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars - and a lot of time and aggravation - for a new driveway. I got an absolutely REE-DONKULOUS quote to replace just part of my driveway before the services Fortress Foundations provides crossed my radar.I never thought that I'd see the end of my driveway fixed, leveled, and smooth again. The process they use is clean, efficient, and provides INSTANT results. Their warranty is the industry gold standard. They not only 'fixed' the problem by leveling the driveway, they truly FIXED the CAUSE of the problem by sealing the cracks where water was running in and causing the problems. I would also add that the sealant product they offer is well worth the cost - the value is there, and is visibly evident. The sealant they apply makes water bead up and roll off, like an expensive wax or coating job on a car. This prevents spalling - a process wherein concrete or masonry absorbs water or moisture from rain, or worse, freeze-thaw cycles, and the concrete or masonry crumbles, flakes, or splits off. The sealant is the key after having a driveway, sidewalk, or concrete work leveled and cracks filled.Back to Tim and Alex:You will not find two more cheerful, professional, or efficient gentlemen. Danny and the crew from Fortress Foundations did an outstanding job with our basement/foundation issues. Danny was thorough with his initial inspection and evaluation. The team that came and did the work were conscientious about our property. Communication during the repairs was clear and readily available. Gotta say I hated spending the money on this type of repair HOWEVER it was necessary and the pricing was very competitive. They were upfront with costs and timelines which were adhered to as best as possible. Bottom line is when Danny made promises, he kept every one of them.

  Travis, Jack and Seth did a great job on the crawlspace and basement job. All were very polite and kept me updated on their progress. Finished in a timely manner. Crew was very professional and their work was top notch.
