The packet included a photo of Caleb, the employee coming to do our evaluation.Caleb was very professional and had excellent communication - including calling the evening before to confirm and letting us know he could arrive a little earlier than planned if convenient for us. He also text to let us know when he was on the way and arrived timely.Caleb did a thorough review of our concerns and inspected our home and was happy to share there were no issues of concern. We are so thankful for the peace of mind and appreciate Caleb and others at Fortress. We will definitely reach out to them first if we have the need in the future.

Zach was extremely professional and kind. When he first called to confirm the appointment, the volunteer for the church took the call. She asked, "who is that? He was SO NICE!" Zach made me feel like I was part of his family.

I had Adam from Fortress out to my home for some sagging concrete on our front porch. Ethan and Sammy did a great job adding some foam to lift and re-level it. They were clean, courteous, and professional.

We were very pleased with the work done on our basement. From the initial consultation that was very thorough and every detail explained to the crew that did the work. Everything was professional and all were super friendly. They did their best to keep dust to a minimum and cleaned up afterwards and finished in one day! They even followed up days later to make sure everything was ok still. Looking forward to finally having a dry basement! Would recommend!

We needed to get our crawl space repaired in our forever home.Scott Greear did a thorough inspection, took the time and gave us the right solution for reducing moisture levels in our crawl space.His knowledge about home construction was very helpful to me.I appreciate his attention to detail and excellent communication with me, being timely in answering my many questions.Scott Farmer, Dan, and Clinton we're busy, busy, busy, and transformed our damp crawl space into a clean, encapsulated, dry space.Scott was also knowledgeable and answered many questions for me about the encapsulation process.Had great communication with these guys and it was a pleasure to have them working at my house.I had four companies give me estimates. Fortress was the company that I felt I could trust and they did not disappoint me.I highly recommend them, they will take care of you.BTW, That's my temporary extension cord running across the floor in the pictures. It's not part of the encapsulation.

I've had to have them come out and do 2 jobs for me now and both times they were polite, professional and ready to answer anything questions I had along the way. I still have more work that needs done and will be calling them for that as well.

Just wanted to let you know what a positive experience we had withSkylar. My mother was concerned that the foundation under the porch was failing. Skylar checked it out and determined the foundation was solid and showed us (my brother and I) what the problem was. Unfortunately, he said it wasn't something your company could help with, but talked with us about some solutions. He also checked out the rest of the house foundation as my mother was concerned about it also. He was very knowledgeable and, quite frankly, we were impressed that he didn't try to rush off once he determined your company wouldn't be able to help us.   If all your techs are like Skylar, I would feel very comfortable referring your company to others.
