I had Adam from Fortress out to my home for some sagging concrete on our front porch. Ethan and Sammy did a great job adding some foam to lift and re-level it. They were clean, courteous, and professional.

We were very pleased with the work done on our basement. From the initial consultation that was very thorough and every detail explained to the crew that did the work. Everything was professional and all were super friendly. They did their best to keep dust to a minimum and cleaned up afterwards and finished in one day! They even followed up days later to make sure everything was ok still. Looking forward to finally having a dry basement! Would recommend!

We needed to get our crawl space repaired in our forever home.Scott Greear did a thorough inspection, took the time and gave us the right solution for reducing moisture levels in our crawl space.His knowledge about home construction was very helpful to me.I appreciate his attention to detail and excellent communication with me, being timely in answering my many questions.Scott Farmer, Dan, and Clinton we're busy, busy, busy, and transformed our damp crawl space into a clean, encapsulated, dry space.Scott was also knowledgeable and answered many questions for me about the encapsulation process.Had great communication with these guys and it was a pleasure to have them working at my house.I had four companies give me estimates. Fortress was the company that I felt I could trust and they did not disappoint me.I highly recommend them, they will take care of you.BTW, That's my temporary extension cord running across the floor in the pictures. I've had to have them come out and do 2 jobs for me now and both times they were polite, professional and ready to answer anything questions I had along the way. I still have more work that needs done and will be calling them for that as well.

Mike and his crew(david,austin,alex,brett) did an amazing job with a crawlspace encapsulation that had been having a major water issue. they even finished a day earlier then expected!

I bought the house from someone who had a vapor barrier installed in 2017 and they did a terrible job. I contacted Fortress because they were not that original company, and they did a great job re-encapsulating my crawlspace.

I would recommend this company because the sales persons spent a lot of time to listen to our needs, explain options, and answer our questions. They provided an estimate in person with options. Other companies came to house, listened to what we needed, and sent us estimates through email with no explanations.

Cope and his crew are absolutely awesome!! Jeremy the electrician showed up first and got things started. Then Cope, Jeremy, K'aell and Rick came out and got right to work. These guys walked me through every step and answered every question! I can not say enough great things about them and will would highly recommend them!

Santiago and his team (Rony Sr. & Jr. along with Jorge) came out to my property to install 5 piers in order to stabilize a corner of my foundation. They were working in less than ideal conditions (rain, decent grade, rocky soil) but were efficient, thorough, and upbeat the entire time. Santiago provided updates throughout the process and was helpful in answering any questions I had. Overall a great experience - would happily recommend!

The Fortress crew came today to do a crawlspace encapsulation for radon mitigation. They arrived a little earlier than the promised time. The crew chief, Gustavo was very polite and professional. Along with Luis, Jorge, and Daniel they finished the job ahead of schedule and with excellent quality. They also cleaned the area well. Great crew and good company. Additionally the system designer, Skylar Beverage, came right on time for the initial assessment and provided us with a carefully calculated cost estimate at the end of his visit. Skylar knew we had a very serious time constraint and tried hard and succeeded in meeting our timing needs beyond expectations. Bravo.

The call center always answered my questions. The system designer was very knowledgeable and the crew explained the whole process during the installation. I choose Fortress over the competition because of their knowledge and customer service.
