i would like to share my experience with Fortress Foundations. The crew communicated their arrival time, provided a detailed plan for the work, and were diligent in setting up mechanisms to protect the areas outside of the work zone from any excessive dust during the project. I could not be more pleased with the manner in which the work was completed, the skilled labor, and the professionalism shown by this work crew. I want to applaud Mike, Gus, David, Danny, and Isaac for their dedication and commitment to providing a quality end product. The attention to detail of explaining the completed project and walking us through the various steps was a true testimony to their work ethic. Fortress Foundation Solutions just completed work on waterproofing our basement. The crew worked very hard and efficiently. They were extremely polite! The crews consisted of Santiago, Ronnie Sr and Ronnie Jr. All excellent!

The whole operation was great from start to finish. Danny was very informative and patient with us in our timing. After we signed the paperwork they were able to fit us in and complete the project VERY quickly. Scott was great with communicating throughout the process and taking care of our space. I had a great experience working with the Fortress Foundation crew (Cope, Jeremy, K'Nell, and Ricky). They were on-time to my house on the first day and finished up in a very reasonable time on the second day to allow for adequate time for review of the work. Cope had excellent communication skills, consistently keeping us updated with pictures. I had several questions and Cope was patient in answering all my questions. He made sure I was comfortable with the work that was being performed. I appreciate the professionalism that was extended.

Stephanie and Clint just completed the annual check of the crawl space and did an excellent, thorough and professional job! Fortress Foundations did the initial encapsulation and it was a superior job, so it is no surprise that their Service crew, Stephanie and Clint, would provide the same high level work. We had Pete, Steve, Tim J and Micky out this week to help us manage the moisture in our crawl space. I can’t speak for the long term waterproofing just yet, but I can speak to the work they did and how they conducted themselves on the job site. They are hard workers and were truly a pleasure to have here over the two days.My neighbor checked in on the progress at the end and said “heck, you don’t need to add on a bedroom, you can just put a cot down here!” (We are currently making plans for a small addition). So, I think that about sums up the end result! We are very happy to have the space finished and know it will be better for our home in the long run.Last night was the first night with the dehumidifier down there and it’s right under our bedroom/bed. I was concerned that it would be loud and we’d hear it running. Not a problem at all, didn’t hear a thing.Today we’re getting rain so will be a good test of the system.Before and after pictures below.Thanks guys!!

Danny did a great job walking us through the process of repairs and Warren and his team were professional, thorough, and hard working in completing the job. We are thrilled to have our problems with water intrusion solved. Clint also was timely and professional for our follow up service.

Our crawlspace kept flooding this summer and ended up having a lot of standing water. Fortress did an incredible job from start to finish. Danny came out right away to do the initial inspection and scoped out the project, with plenty of discussion about different options and recommendations.Huge thanks to Nick, Jared, and Jordan on the install! They did an awesome job digging out and installing the drain system and sump pump, followed by a full crawlspace encapsulation.The whole crew was friendly, professional, and focused on quality work throughout. Everything is dry and sealed now! Highly recommend Fortress for any crawlspace work!
