Nothing but praise for the Fortress Foundation team! From the start, their team was comprehensive in their approach and made everything super easy. The wall of my crawl space was slightly caving in due to pressure from water flowing downward in the backyard towards the foundation. Adam came out quickly to check out the situation, was thorough in his assessment (including checking in with neighbors to see if they had the same issue) and he sent through a detailed quote. Their team was able to schedule the work quickly and took care of everything without me having to be present at the property since I don't live there full time. They let me know when they were arriving, called to let me know how everything went, and sent through lots of pictures of the completed work. I can't believe they were able to fully reinforce the crawl space and fix the cracked exterior block of the foundation all in less than 8 hours. I had another great experience with Fortress Foundations and foam filling. These are the first guys I call for anything foundation related that I need done. From when I called to the work was done was 1.5 weeks. I got lucky with their schedule but they are very responsive.Danny is very thorough, open, and honest. There was some work related to a French drain they could have done, but Danny told be they wouldn’t be the best value for the work and steered me in a better direction. I have a lot of respect for someone of that character.Also the installers Tim, Ethan, and Sam knocked out the work quickly and efficiently. I could barely tell they did anything at all.I would use them again in a heart beat.
