I had an excellent experience with Fortress Foundations. After finding them on Google and seeing great reviews, I gave them a call to assess a foundation issue. The scheduling process was smooth from start to finish. The person who answered the phone was fantastic, and they were able to schedule me the next day (on Christmas Eve!).Scott Michaelsen came out to assess my foundation. He called to confirm my appointment and texted me with his arrival time. Scott was punctual, knowledgeable, and great to work with. He took the time to explain what he was seeing and offered thoughtful guidance. He was able to answer all my questions and spent nearly an hour walking around my property talking with me. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and would highly recommend asking for him personally to do your consult.Overall, this was a first-rate experience, and I highly recommend Scott Michaelsen and Fortress Foundations.

Travis and Jack did an amazing job insulating our crawlspace. They were friendly, professional, and did a beautiful job in a short amount of time. 2 weeks ago New Loved working with Kurtis to understand what was going on in our back room that is half underground. We kept trying to fix it ourselves, but didn't have the expertise needed to know where the water was coming really from.Thank you so much, Fortress and Kurtis, for your professionalism, expertise, and ability to translate the water problem into plain English! They fixed it, left it clean and ready for use again! Way to go to prevent mold!

Within the first few minutes of the free estimate, I knew I was getting both a comprehensive opinion and expert solution from an experienced professional. Riley was truly exceptional to work with and helped guide us to the most cost effective solution for our basement's immediate needs.However, the best part of the experience was how professional, efficient and organized the crew was from start to finish. Mike, Leo, Guss and Sammy somehow made replacing 7 load bearing supports, a basement stair drain install and an encapsulation feel so seamless there were points where I forgot they were working! Mike kept me updated and engaged every step of the way and I swear Mike, Leo, Guss and Sammy left our basement cleaner than it was before the start of the project!One of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor and we will be using them again in the future!

Cara was amazing ! Highly recommend Fortress

Cara from Fortress Foundation provided excellent service.We hired a competing foundation company to look at our sub pump. They had done work for us at the beginning of the year, which cost us thousands. The contractor came out and noticed that the first team didn’t see the collapsing foundation wall under our deck, only held up by metal shims. He made it sound like it was an urgent matter and gave us a quote.Needless to say, we were upset that we were looking at thousands more to be spent. So we called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a second opinion. Cara did her measurements and checked the wall with the shims and told us everything was level and not to worry. She suggested we keep an eye out for any further damage.If anything changes, we’ll be sure to call Fortress Foundation Solutions.

Jordan and Donny were great to work with. I had a sump pump replaced and floor drain installed along with a fabric to protect from water intrusion through a small crack in the foundation. Jordan called me with an ETA, which was very helpful for planning, and they arrived right on time. They put down covers on my stairs and flooring to protect my home and cleaned up after themselves. Jordan explained every step of the process and further explained how to re-install the insulation once the concrete was dry. The work was completed in a little over 2 hours and the pump is working well. Jordan also explained the warranty on the work. I would recommend this company and this crew.
