This partially finished basement had water seeping through the walls in both the finished and unfinished areas. Fortress installed our Water Guard system around the perimeter of the basement to solve the leakage problem. 

The basement of this home in Charlottesville had an issue with water seeping in through the foundation with rain. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a permanent solution to their problem.

Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a SuperSump sump pump.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the SuperSump and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this homeowner will no longer have to worry about a wet basement!

The WaterGuard will catch any water seeping in before it reaches the basement floor. Any water will then drain to the sump pump where it will be pumped out of the home. These products will work together to keep this basement dry!

This fully finished basement is being used an additional living space. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter french drain system and a TripleSafe sump pump with a battery backup and external drainage.
