The basement of this home in Weyers Cave had walls that were cracking and bowing, and also had an issue with water seeping in through the foundation. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a solution to stabilize those foundation walls, and also to keep their basement dry.

Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out to assess this home and recommended our PowerBrace System to support and stabilize those foundation walls. For the water intrusion issue, he recommended installing our WaterGuard XL system along the perimeter of the basement, along with SuperSump sump pump.

This custom-designed PVC system was fitted below the basement floor and redirected water seepage to our powerful TripleSafe™ sump pump. The transformative result is a clean, dry space ready for use. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter french drain system, a TripleSafe Sump Pump System with battery backup, and an external discharge.
