This home in Blacksburg had issues with the foundation, the semi-basement, and the crawlspace. The basement was leaking, the crawlspace was moldy, and the walls were bowing. Fortress solved these issues by installing a full perimeter WaterGuard with a SuperSump System for the basement, a CleanSpace Encapsulation in the crawlspace, and CarbonArmor Straps to stabalize the foundation.

This property is owned by a local church for community purposes. It was apparent that there was a serious water leak that the church board knew need to be addressed. This system will guarantee that the basement will remain dry indefinitely.
