The basement of this home in Salem had a recurring problem with water seeping in through the seams where the walls meet the floor. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a solution.
Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution for this basement would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, and connect it to an existing sump pump that the homeowner had previously installed.
Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the sump pump and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this basement will stay dry all year long!
