I am highly satisfied with my experience with this particular crew- Travis, Jack and Seth. Travis truly treats your home as if it was his. He is well versed in his role and confident in his abilities to get the job done and has shown that since day one of working with him. He is extremely respectful and knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. He is truly an asset to Fortress foundation. Jack has also been extremely helpful, polite, respectful he always has a positive, ready to assist attitude. I had an outstanding experience! This company did an amazing job with my French drain. I haven’t had any water in my basement at all. The workers were very nice and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I highly recommend them

Today we had an appointment for Fortress Foundation to fix our sunken and cracked sidewalk and to install a sump pump. They showed up promptly at 8 and began work. They also ran a new line from breaker box for outlet. They did a professional job and all conducted themselves as gentlemen. My wife and I am happy with the work and want to thank DANTE, JARED, TIM C.,TIM G., and JEREMY. A few years ago they installed new floor joists and beam along with encapsulation and dehumidifier. All work was well done and they stood behind there guarantee.

Jordan and his crew were excellent from day 1. Great work. Had a couple issues with the foundation drain that was installed and Jordan was very prompt to figure out the problems and addressed them in a satisfactory manner

I would like to share my experience with Fortress Foundations. The crew communicated their arrival time, provided a detailed plan for the work, and were diligent in setting up mechanisms to protect the areas outside of the work zone from any excessive dust during the project. I could not be more pleased with the manner in which the work was completed, the skilled labor, and the professionalism shown by this work crew. I want to applaud Mike, Gus, David, Danny, and Isaac for their dedication and commitment to providing a quality end product. The attention to detail of explaining the completed project and walking us through the various steps was a true testimony to their work ethic. Thank you to these men for making an overwhelming project for my 70 something year old mother an enjoyable experience. I was impressed and would recommend this crew and company to others..

Jeremy Vest completed the electrical part of our encapsulation project. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions in a positive and pleasant manner.

Zach was extremely professional and kind. When he first called to confirm the appointment, the volunteer for the church took the call. She asked, "who is that? He was SO NICE!" Zach made me feel like I was part of his family.

We were very pleased with the work done on our basement. From the initial consultation that was very thorough and every detail explained to the crew that did the work. Everything was professional and all were super friendly. They did their best to keep dust to a minimum and cleaned up afterwards and finished in one day! They even followed up days later to make sure everything was ok still. Looking forward to finally having a dry basement! Would recommend!
