Matt came out and gave me an estimate on what needed to be done and categorized things by necessary and nice to haves. He spent a lot of time with me going through all the options and helped remove shelving that was in the way of the job. Then Mike, David, and Austin installed a new sump pump and a waterguard drainage system in my basement today. They walked me through everything before and after the job and answered all my questions. They were very professional and left the space clean. I would definitely recommend this crew!

I might not need to work with them again because the nature of their work is such they shouldn’t have to come back but I’d be glad to recommend them. Great work and here’s to dryer times!

Fortress was a good experience from our first meeting with Caleb, when he walked us through everything that needed to be done all the way through the finished job. Pete, communicated very well on what they were gonna do, and how they were going to do it and why they were doing it. Steve and Tim were very professional, clean, fast and friendly. Very happy to deal with a local company. We received several quotes and though this was not the least expensive, it was much better than the national franchise competitor. I definitely feel they are trustworthy and they will give you peace of mind that the work is done right.

From day one of my drainage and sump pump install, the Fortress team was fantastic. My basement had flooded several times and this was not a cheap project. I talked to 5 different companies before settling on Fortress.Disclaimer: I am NOT an easy customer when it comes to expensive projects like this. I read every fine print in detail and ask lots of questions, take my time on decisions, and cross compare between quotes and warranties etc. This can be annoying for a sales person, but Chris Wilmouth, took all of this in stride. He was direct and courteous and followed up in a timely manner with every question I had. When he didn't know, his manager was prompt in supporting him and they did a lot of work to make sure I was happy before signing the contract.On the days of the job, the team was also fantastic. Travis, Jack, Tim, and Kris were all kind and professional and did a really good job. I was home for the project and could also hear them talking all day. They got along great and figured out problems with the project in a timely manner. They remained professional and efficient throughout the whole project - all great qualities to see in a team working on your house!Last week, we had rains that would have flooded my basement again, but my sump pump kicked in and it all worked beautifully. Clean and dry!I would recommend this team again and when I'm ready for the next stage of my basement fix, I'll be calling them to do it.

I have a finished basement with one small room not finished. It has a dirt floor and was sealed with no ventilation. Combine that with a faulty gutter and you get mold! I got a quote from Fortress Foundations and another company. Fortress had a better price and they could move forward that same week. Fortress fixed the issue within a few days and their competitor could not get to it for 3 months. I am grateful it is fixed especially with all the rain we have been getting this summer. I have peace of mind. Thank you to Danny Camunas, Cody and the entire installation crew.
