My experience with my crawlspace encapsulation was great. I got a quote from Danny Camunas and he went over it in detail to make sure I knew all the areas that needed to be fixed. I had mold, water seepage and humidity. Travis Farmer and his crew was very professional and did an excellent job. He made sure that I was updated of the progress and went over the equipment installed when done. I needed electrical work done and it was nice that there is an electrician in the staff. Jeremy Vest and Dakota were my electricians. I am very pleased with the completed job and would highly recommend. I interviewed 4 companies and this was my choice.

We needed to get our crawl space repaired in our forever home.Scott Greear did a thorough inspection, took the time and gave us the right solution for reducing moisture levels in our crawl space.His knowledge about home construction was very helpful to me.I appreciate his attention to detail and excellent communication with me, being timely in answering my many questions.Scott Farmer, Dan, and Clinton we're busy, busy, busy, and transformed our damp crawl space into a clean, encapsulated, dry space.Scott was also knowledgeable and answered many questions for me about the encapsulation process.Had great communication with these guys and it was a pleasure to have them working at my house.I had four companies give me estimates. The Fortress crew came today to do a crawlspace encapsulation for radon mitigation. They arrived a little earlier than the promised time. The crew chief, Gustavo was very polite and professional. Along with Luis, Jorge, and Daniel they finished the job ahead of schedule and with excellent quality. They also cleaned the area well. Great crew and good company. Additionally the system designer, Skylar Beverage, came right on time for the initial assessment and provided us with a carefully calculated cost estimate at the end of his visit. Skylar knew we had a very serious time constraint and tried hard and succeeded in meeting our timing needs beyond expectations. Bravo.

Danny was very professional and most importantly very honest. Our church is over 140 years old and he couldn't access the crawl space but made some calls and gave me the number of someone who can possibly fix our problem. Because of his honesty I highly recommend Fortress Foundation Solutions

Cody did the annual maintenance for the encapsulation, jacks and dehumidifier under my house. He was so helpful and informative. He answered all my questions and explained the procedure. I was very pleased with the appointment.

Ms. Cox reached out to have her vent cover replaced. Our service coordinator, Tmerik Cobbs, was quickly able to quote her a price for the replacement, however, what she thought was a vent cover was actually an IceGuard. Tmerik immediately reached out and apologized for the incorrect information provided, and quoted her a new price. She responded saying "...thank you! You guys have been prompt and professional from the very beginning. And you don't just find that these days. So again, thank you guys so much."

Danny C, the System Designer that we worked with, was professional in every way. He had extensive knowledge of problem and had the perfect solution! Danny evaluated the problem, presented the solution in such a professional manner I did not feel the need to contact the competition. He recommended a total encapsulation of my crawlspace, including a SaniDry Dehumidifier, and Turtl crawlspace entryway. Thomas and his crew did a great job installing the encapsulation, and D.J. installed the Turtl, also a great job!

Fortress Foundation Solutions installed four jacks to support beams in our basement. The materials used were superb and exceeded only by the workmanship of Mike, Austin and Isaiah. These young men did a fabulous, professional job. If we have basement issues in the future we will use Fortress Foundation Solutions, cannot recommend them highly enough.
