Testimonials for Fortress Foundation Solutions

Cody did the annual maintenance for the encapsulation, jacks and dehumidifier under my house. He was so helpful and informative. He answered all my questions and explained the procedure. I was very pleased with the appointment.

We are so pleased with our experience with fortress foundation solutions; from our coordination with Danny inspecting and estimating the work efforts to the team performance working onsite of Nathan Owen and Dakota W. We can see immediate improvement in our home from all of their effort. Thankyou!

Jorge and Luis were hard honest workers and willing to explain what it was they were doing. There was an issue with scheduling but Fortress fixed it.

Toby, Karston, and Dillan were so professional and friendly from beginning to end. I was so impressed by the quality of the encapsulation they installed in my crawlspace. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Great experience with the crew that did the work in our home. Big shout out to the foreman Scott Farmer and his assistants Dan and Aaron. They were knowledgeable, efficient and cared for my home as if it were their own.

Scott was our foreman with his crew Dan and Aaron. They were very respectful and did a great job on our basement. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Entire crew was very professional! Installation looks great - we believe this should keep the monsoons at bay. The team really hustled today. We were very impressed with their communication all through the project! Shout out to Devin, Logan, Pete, Caleb, & Warren.

We are very pleased with the work Fortress foundations has done in our home! Our recent service was done by Kevin. We couldn’t be any happier

Fortress Foundation Solutions (Clint) was professional, courteous, and quick with annual servicing of my sump pump, dehumidifier, and air purifier. I am satisfied with his work and would recommend Fortress to anyone who needs basement work.

I had some nasty moisture and sewage problems in my crawlspace. Fortress came out and were super flexible, and very fairly priced. Mike, Larry, Clint, Tim J., and Jamal did a great job cleaning everything out and getting the install nice and tidy. I will 100% use them again if need be, and fully recommend them!

Ms. Cox reached out to have her vent cover replaced. Our service coordinator, Tmerik Cobbs, was quickly able to quote her a price for the replacement, however, what she thought was a vent cover was actually an IceGuard. Tmerik immediately reached out and apologized for the incorrect information provided, and quoted her a new price. She responded saying "...thank you! You guys have been prompt and professional from the very beginning. And you don't just find that these days. So again, thank you guys so much."

My husband and I were experiencing moisture issues in our crawlspace, but Fortress Foundations inspected the space, promptly and clearly communicated with us what needed to be addressed, and provided quality customer service every step of the way! Brandon specifically was the main representative that we worked with and he truly went above and beyond!Once the job was finished, the installers cleaned up after themselves, and left the space better than they found it! My husband and I noticed that the house, now being better insulated, was much cooler and temperatures stayed consistent throughout the rooms of the house. Fortress Foundations also weather proofed the space, added a dehumidifier, and a sump pump. We can sleep well now knowing that our crawlspace is one less thing we have to worry about!

Thanks Kevin and Fortress foundations

Great experience with the crew that did the work in our home. Big shout out to the foreman Scott Farmer and his assistants Dan and Aaron. They were knowledgeable, efficient and cared for my home as if it were their own.

Danny C, the System Designer that we worked with, was professional in every way. He had extensive knowledge of problem and had the perfect solution! Danny evaluated the problem, presented the solution in such a professional manner I did not feel the need to contact the competition. He recommended a total encapsulation of my crawlspace, including a SaniDry Dehumidifier, and Turtl crawlspace entryway. Thomas and his crew did a great job installing the encapsulation, and D.J. installed the Turtl, also a great job!
