Fabulous experience! Right from the start the service we received was excellent. Brandon C. visited our home for the inspection and presented solutions. He was patient with all of our questions that day and over the next few days as we made our final decision. Our repair was scheduled quickly and the team led by Nathan O. arrived on time, kept me updated as the day went on, reviewed the project and left the work area clean. Should we require any future services that Fortress Foundation provides, we will definitely be calling and requesting the team of Nathan O., Dakota W, and Jamal.

Scott, Dan, Jordan and Jamil were professional, courteous and appeared to work well together. They informed me of issues that they came across and called in for guidance.

Fortress foundation encapsulated our crawl space in 2025 and came back out to check to make sure everything was in proper order and to change our humidifier filter. Clint was friendly and professional throughout his visit. Cannot recommend Fortress Foundation enough!

Cody did the annual maintenance for the encapsulation, jacks and dehumidifier under my house. He was so helpful and informative. He answered all my questions and explained the procedure. I was very pleased with the appointment.

Fortress Foundation Solutions (Clint) was professional, courteous, and quick with annual servicing of my sump pump, dehumidifier, and air purifier. I am satisfied with his work and would recommend Fortress to anyone who needs basement work.

Ms. Cox reached out to have her vent cover replaced. Our service coordinator, Tmerik Cobbs, was quickly able to quote her a price for the replacement, however, what she thought was a vent cover was actually an IceGuard. Tmerik immediately reached out and apologized for the incorrect information provided, and quoted her a new price. She responded saying "...thank you! You guys have been prompt and professional from the very beginning. And you don't just find that these days. So again, thank you guys so much."

Danny C, the System Designer that we worked with, was professional in every way. He had extensive knowledge of problem and had the perfect solution! Danny evaluated the problem, presented the solution in such a professional manner I did not feel the need to contact the competition. He recommended a total encapsulation of my crawlspace, including a SaniDry Dehumidifier, and Turtl crawlspace entryway. Thomas and his crew did a great job installing the encapsulation, and D.J. installed the Turtl, also a great job!
