Pete, Steve and Tim did an excellent job installing an encapsulated crawl space under our new modular home. We wanted to ensure this area maintained a proper humidity level to prevent mold growth and keep area free from mice, spiders, etc. These guys worked diligently throughout the day and the end result was a very nice, professional looking crawl space. It’s nice to know there are still workers that care about their job, arrive on time, and ensure the customer is happy. I would highly recommend this company for your crawl space needs or basement repairs.

Today was the day!! Nathan and Dakota came this morning to install a new support beam, 4 jacks and a sister joist. They were even able to jack my house/floor back to its original position closing all gaps and stopping all squeaky floors. Both great guys and HARD workers. I’ll never use another company for anything basementy!I haven’t even decided yet if I’m going to go with Fortress foundation but I can tell u one thing. If this world had more ppl like Caleb Stone we would be much better off. Caleb showed up early, more than ready for any questions or concerns we threw at him. Not only was he absolutely 100% professional, but he was very personable and easy to relate to and talk with. When he showed up here, he had all the latest gizmos and gadgets to surpass any expectation that we had. To say he was thorough is an understatement. When I told him I wanted to go under the house to inspect the foundation with him not only was he completely on board to answer all my questions and what if’s but he had an extra hazmat suit for me and gloves to make sure I was completely comfortable and well protected. After doing the inspection of my home, he spent 30 to 45 minutes, just educating us on our possible options and outcomes, with the understanding that we might not even go with his company. But not once did I feel rushed or on a time crunch. I can’t say enough about how well this company has prepared their employees with training, retraining, and education. Being a veteran on a set income, he went over payment options with me and even got me preapproved in under five minutes. To say the least I was impressed and more then happy to give away my 8k. They also do military discounts. This company was built by one man, local here and has grown 3 states wide. I truly look fwd to doing business with them. I was so impressed with Fortress Foundation Solutions and their knowledge of our crawl space and professionalism. Caleb did our initial assessment and was extremely respectful of our home, our situation and helped us come up with a solution that would protect our crawl space at a price we could afford. The foreman Scott and his crew, Dan, Jordan and Matthew worked diligently and efficiently for the two days they were here. They were respectful of our home and so kind to my kids who were asking them a million questions as they worked. Scott kept me up to date on the project and made sure that I understood the work they were doing and how it would affect the home. I was very impressed with all of the work done start to finish.

Mike and his crew(david,austin,alex,brett) did an amazing job with a crawlspace encapsulation that had been having a major water issue. they even finished a day earlier then expected!

WOW WOW WOW … The team at Fortress Foundation Solutions was outstanding, starting with the office team (Hollie and Demi), to the System Designer (Sumner), all the way to the installation team (Warren, Logan, Devin, and Gavin), they all provide a superior customer service like no other company I’ve dealt with. Not only do they stay in constant communication with you, every step of the way, but they give you full disclosure of the entire crawl space encapsulation process, and answer any questions you may have. I can’t praise their services enough, they are truly a 5-Star company.

The Fortress crew came today to do a crawlspace encapsulation for radon mitigation. They arrived a little earlier than the promised time. The crew chief, Gustavo was very polite and professional. Along with Luis, Jorge, and Daniel they finished the job ahead of schedule and with excellent quality. They also cleaned the area well. Great crew and good company. Additionally the system designer, Skylar Beverage, came right on time for the initial assessment and provided us with a carefully calculated cost estimate at the end of his visit. Skylar knew we had a very serious time constraint and tried hard and succeeded in meeting our timing needs beyond expectations. Bravo.

On Friday January 16th Fortress Service techs Cody and Clint serviced our crawl space and provided us with an estimate for insulating required by code. Both Cody and Clint were well informed, polite and through. Our experience with Fortress Foundation has been positive. Jim and Joan Jackson

On February 11, I met with Eddie a systems designer with Fortress Foundations in Forest/Lynchburg, VA to discuss encapsulating my little over 1,000 sq. ft. crawlspace. It was in terrible shape with old insulation hanging down everywhere, I had rat issues, and was smelling mildew in the house. Very much needed to make my home healthier, and for my health too. I knew from reading reviews and then meeting with Eddie, who is very kind and thorough, that they were customer oriented. He spent a lot of time examining the crawlspace, taking pictures and thoroughly explaining the process and materials to be used. So I knew right away I did not need another estimate or company to do the job. Also financing was available, and a very easy process. So on Friday, March 6, installers, Scott, Jordan and Jamil from Fortress arrived early in the morning to encapsulate my crawlspace. As you can see by the before and after video the transformation of the crawlspace is amazing! A complete 180! They all were extremely hardworking, very polite and worked together so very well. At 8 pm that same day they finished with only the dehumidifer to be hooked up next week by a technician. Yes they worked almost 12 hours! So grateful for their efforts. So today, March 11, Kevin, the technician came by to finish up and set up the dehumidifier. Job complete! He too was hardworking and polite. He also told me he had been an installer, but now enjoyed what he was doing. I could tell. Once a year I will have them come back to change the dehumidifier filter, clean and check the system. It also has a five year warranty. Looking forward to a healthier home and lower electric bills too. I cannot recommend Fortress Foundation enough. If you are lucky enough to get Eddie, Scott, Jordan, Jamil and Kevin, then you got the dream team! If I could, I would give them 10 stars!
