Great company! Great people! Great work!Totally worth the money! Highly recommend!My story...Our crawl space had been deteriorating over the course of many years due to moisture and mold. We had no idea how bad it had gotten until one day I noticed the wall was separated from the floor in my kitchen! The floor was actually sinking!!! I knew we needed to get someone in to assess the situation quickly! My husband had seen a billboard for this company so I looked them up online, read the reviews, and decided to give them a call. They sent Danny out to us and I knew from the moment I shook his hand that this was going to be a positive experience. He listened to our concerns and then did the inspection. When he came up from the crawl space I knew it wasn't good by the look on his face. I told him to give it to me straight. That's exactly what he did and I appreciate that so much. He explained everything that needed to be done...showed us pictures and gave us a quote...then he respected the time we needed to digest the cost and figure out our finances. He never pressured us. Our project was a big one. It needed to be done in 3 phases!1st phase was Mauricio's team.......they came and did the initial clean-out! A dirty job but a great bunch of guys...hard workers!2nd phase was Jeff's team.......they did all the wood / beam work. They needed to replace 2 main beams along with many floor joists...a ton of work! These three guys worked together like a well-oiled machine. They new exactly what needed to be done! It took about 4 days but WOW what a difference in our floors! Amazing!3rd phase was Travis's team.......they came in and finished the project by insulating and encapsulating the entire crawl space. They installed the dehumidifier and made sure everything was in working order. They checked the sump pumps and stapled up any low hanging wires...etc. Again, great bunch of hard-working guys! They took the time to answer any questions we had. Travis then took me down to show me what was done and explained everything to me! It looks like a brand new crawl space! See for yourself in the attached pictures!After a couple weeks I noticed one of the sump pump pipes was leaking. I called the office and they sent someone out right away to fix it. Derrick took care of it. He was great!

They were very professional, communicated everything they were doing and answered all my many questions and concerns. They left everything very tidy when the job was completed. My crawl space looks amazing. The entire experience form meeting with Troy King, system designer to the installation team was wonderful! I highly recommend Fortress Foundation Solutions.

I cannot say enough good things about Fortress Foundations and the incredible team of Hope, Warren, Devin, Logan, Josh, and Bill. From beginning to end, they were absolutely fantastic.We originally found ourselves in a very stressful situation after signing with another company that accepted a 50% deposit and never showed up. We were under a serious time crunch because the work needed to be completed in order to update our homeowner’s insurance, and Fortress Foundations stepped in when we truly needed help.Not only did they show up when they said they would, but they treated us with kindness, respect, and professionalism every step of the way. While I was away at a doctor’s appointment, my caregiver for my mother unexpectedly did not show up. We had Pete, Steve, Tim J and Micky out this week to help us manage the moisture in our crawl space. I can’t speak for the long term waterproofing just yet, but I can speak to the work they did and how they conducted themselves on the job site. They are hard workers and were truly a pleasure to have here over the two days.My neighbor checked in on the progress at the end and said “heck, you don’t need to add on a bedroom, you can just put a cot down here!” (We are currently making plans for a small addition). So, I think that about sums up the end result! We are very happy to have the space finished and know it will be better for our home in the long run.Last night was the first night with the dehumidifier down there and it’s right under our bedroom/bed. I was concerned that it would be loud and we’d hear it running. Not a problem at all, didn’t hear a thing.Today we’re getting rain so will be a good test of the system.Before and after pictures below.Thanks guys!!

Nathan, Dakota W., and Jamal were great! I somehow chose the hottest, most humid days of the year for them to come out and work on a particularly challenging location. They did everything while still keeping smiles and positive attitudes while being kind, personable, respectful, and communicative. I couldn’t have asked for a better team or company to help me.

Caleb Stone came to our home and we discussed our concerns with our crawl space. After an inspection we came to an agreement on what was and was not needed. Kevin showed up on time and was very courteous. He fixed my issue with my dehumidifier that had a broken fan.

Travis, Jack, and Seth installed a system to jack my floors up in Afton. Travis was good to work with and kept me informed and up to date one what was going on. I’ll request them again if I have any other work done by Fortress Foundation in the future.

Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable during my yearly maintenance. Wish I could give more than 5 stars
