I highly recommend Fortress for any type of foundation repair. We were definitely not anticipating a need for a repair so soon after our build, but they made an unfortunate situation so much easier to deal with than we had expected. Caleb came for an initial consult and immediately located our problem and walked us through the whole process for repair. He was incredibly friendly and kept in great contact with us following his visit. Caleb was able to get our repair scheduled promptly, which put our minds at ease. Travis and Matt came to install our beam, and they were both so professional and respectful of our space. They kept me informed along the way and were able to get the job completed quickly and thoroughly. There wasn’t a single bit of mess left behind! We’re incredibly happy with the final result and can rest assured that our issue has been resolved.

These guys did an amazing job fixing our sagging floor and upgrading our crawl space to be clean and sealed. It's only been a couple of days and the air in our house already feels cleaner. Nick, Jared, Chazz, and Skylar were a very professional team and did an excellent job. Nathan Owen along with Dakota W, Jayden and Jamal did a great job on waterproofing the wall at 3610 South Main in Blacksburg. A bitterly cold day but they hung in there....with frozen toes and hands.Non stop, hard workers who should be commended for their work ethic.

Great work by Jordan and his team. They finished the job as promised within one day and it looks great. These guys were highly professional and the communication top-notch. I also like they they added extra plastic covering as per my request due to health concerns and they also did an extra bit of work for me on the house where there was a hole in the wall. Highly recommend this company.

I haven’t even decided yet if I’m going to go with Fortress foundation but I can tell u one thing. If this world had more ppl like Caleb Stone we would be much better off. Caleb showed up early, more than ready for any questions or concerns we threw at him. Not only was he absolutely 100% professional, but he was very personable and easy to relate to and talk with. When he showed up here, he had all the latest gizmos and gadgets to surpass any expectation that we had. To say he was thorough is an understatement. When I told him I wanted to go under the house to inspect the foundation with him not only was he completely on board to answer all my questions and what if’s but he had an extra hazmat suit for me and gloves to make sure I was completely comfortable and well protected. After doing the inspection of my home, he spent 30 to 45 minutes, just educating us on our possible options and outcomes, with the understanding that we might not even go with his company. But not once did I feel rushed or on a time crunch. I can’t say enough about how well this company has prepared their employees with training, retraining, and education. Being a veteran on a set income, he went over payment options with me and even got me preapproved in under five minutes. To say the least I was impressed and more then happy to give away my 8k. They also do military discounts. This company was built by one man, local here and has grown 3 states wide. I truly look fwd to doing business with them.
