Tammy and Brock were dealing with water entering their basement in Lynchburg, creating a constant mess and raising concerns about moisture damage and the condition of their foundation. Looking for a permanent solution, they contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions for help.
Travis and Jack installed our WaterGuard® Basement Waterproofing System along with a SuperSump® sump pump to capture and remove incoming water before it could reach the basement floor. As shown in the after photo, the basement is now dry, protected, and better equipped to handle future water intrusion.
Theresa was dealing with multiple issues at her Lynchburg home. Her crawl space was retaining excess humidity, while an exterior staircase wall had begun to crack and bow inward, raising concerns about both moisture and structural stability. Toby and his crew installed a complete CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system, including a CleanSpace vapor barrier, SilverGlo insulation, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to create a dry, healthy environment beneath the home. They also installed 3 GeoLock Wall Anchors to permanently stabilize the failing staircase wall and prevent further movement.
Becky was dealing with moisture and humidity concerns in the crawl space beneath her Bridgewater home. She wanted to protect the space and prevent those conditions from causing bigger problems over time. Our team installed a complete crawl space encapsulation system with CleanSpace vapor barrier, SilverGlo insulation, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. As shown in the after photos, the crawl space is now sealed, dry, and protected from excess moisture and humidity.
Betty was dealing with high humidity and water intrusion in the crawl space beneath her Moorefield home. The ongoing moisture was creating concerns about the condition of the space and the long-term health of her home. This client called Fortress Foundation Solutions about water collecting in herbasement. Our System Designer, Skylar, went out to the home and found water seeping into the basement through the walls. Skylar completed a full inspection and presented the homeowner with a proposal and a quote. She was happy with both and decided to move forward with the work. When our Foreman, Alex, and his crew went out to fix the issue, they used our WaterGuard drainage solution on the floor below to ensure that any water that was collected drained to the TripleSafe Sump Pump, which was then transferred to the discharge line outside of the home.
This customer is very satisfied with the work and happy that water intrusion will no longer be an issue in her home!
