Theresa was dealing with multiple issues at her Lynchburg home. Her crawl space was retaining excess humidity, while an exterior staircase wall had begun to crack and bow inward, raising concerns about both moisture and structural stability. Toby and his crew installed a complete CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system, including a CleanSpace vapor barrier, SilverGlo insulation, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to create a dry, healthy environment beneath the home. They also installed 3 GeoLock Wall Anchors to permanently stabilize the failing staircase wall and prevent further movement.
Becky was dealing with moisture and humidity concerns in the crawl space beneath her Bridgewater home. She wanted to protect the space and prevent those conditions from causing bigger problems over time. This client called Fortress Foundation Solutions about water collecting in herbasement. Our System Designer, Skylar, went out to the home and found water seeping into the basement through the walls. Skylar completed a full inspection and presented the homeowner with a proposal and a quote. She was happy with both and decided to move forward with the work. When our Foreman, Alex, and his crew went out to fix the issue, they used our WaterGuard drainage solution on the floor below to ensure that any water that was collected drained to the TripleSafe Sump Pump, which was then transferred to the discharge line outside of the home.
This customer is very satisfied with the work and happy that water intrusion will no longer be an issue in her home!
This client noticed his concrete patio sinking away from the house, so he called Fortress Foundation Solutions. We sent out our System Designer, Brandon Conner, who inspected the porch thoroughly and gave our client an estimate. After he accepted it, our Poly Crew, Mickey Knight and Dominique "Dom" Wells, went out to complete the project. They lifted the concrete patio by injecting our PolyLevel Foam underneath, then sealed the cracks with our NexusPro Joist Sealant. Our client loved the look of his newly raised patio!
