Meet the Team
Cara Attaway grew up around construction, with a grandfather who built homes and apartment complexes from the ground up, and that early exposure sparked a lifelong love for the industry.
She got her start in industrial equipment before spending seven years in roofing and construction, and now brings that depth of experience to Fortress Foundation Solutions as a system designer, where she diagnoses foundation issues and designs repair systems for homeowners.
As one of the few women in a male dominated field, she’s built a reputation for showing up prepared, knowing her stuff cold, and earning trust fast.
