My experience with my crawlspace encapsulation was great. I got a quote from Danny Camunas and he went over it in detail to make sure I knew all the areas that needed to be fixed. I had mold, water seepage and humidity. Travis Farmer and his crew was very professional and did an excellent job. He made sure that I was updated of the progress and went over the equipment installed when done. I needed electrical work done and it was nice that there is an electrician in the staff. Jeremy Vest and Dakota were my electricians. I am very pleased with the completed job and would highly recommend. I interviewed 4 companies and this was my choice.

Today we had an appointment for Fortress Foundation to fix our sunken and cracked sidewalk and to install a sump pump. They showed up promptly at 8 and began work. They also ran a new line from breaker box for outlet. They did a professional job and all conducted themselves as gentlemen. My wife and I am happy with the work and want to thank DANTE, JARED, TIM C.,TIM G., and JEREMY. A few years ago they installed new floor joists and beam along with encapsulation and dehumidifier. All work was well done and they stood behind there guarantee.

We had a great experience with Fortress Foundation from start to finish. They came out to address issues we were having with our crawl space and a sinking floor, and the entire process was handled with professionalism and care.Caleb Stone was the first gentleman we worked with, and he was absolutely wonderful. He took his time thoroughly inspecting the crawl space, then sat down with us to explain everything in detail. He walked us through all of our options, answered every question we had, and helped create a plan that fit within our financial budget. He never rushed us and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. He even scheduled the work before leaving and checked in after everything was completed, which we really appreciated.Our project foreman, Scott Farmer, provided outstanding customer service. I truly can’t say enough good things about him. He took the time to answer all of my questions, clearly took pride in his work, and made me feel confident in the job being done. He also spoke very highly of Fortress, saying it was an honest company and that he genuinely loved working for them—which really says a lot. Not only do they stay in constant communication with you, every step of the way, but they give you full disclosure of the entire crawl space encapsulation process, and answer any questions you may have. I can’t praise their services enough, they are truly a 5-Star company.

The Fortress Foundations Crew was fantastic! Cope was our crew lead and he was an amazing communicator and was on top of every step of the process. The guys, Jeremy, K’Nell and Ricky were working super hard to get it all done and everything was taken care of perfectly and professionally.My father in law who is a veteran tradesman of 40 plus years was on site working on another project at the time and said they were one of the hardest working crews of guys he has ever witnessed and loved interacting with them throughout the process.Additionally, we had a plumber from another company come in one afternoon after the crew was finished and he asked who was doing our basement work. We told him it was FORTRESS and he said, “good choice. I see a lot of companies work in they are always by far the best.”Ahead of construction, Danny the sales rep was super clear with what would take place and what to expect and answered multiple questions that I had with patience and clarity.Would recommend to anyone. We vetted alot of companies and FORTRESS FOUNDATIONS IS THE BEST!!! Again, Cope and the crew were exceptional.

Bottom line, professional and knowledgeable people, I would work with them again.---Caleb was my sales contact, not pushy like JES salesmen are and a nice guy who took his time looking into my needs on the house.Toby and his crew Noah, Tyler, and Tim were a great foundation repair team. Now let me get into specifics, I live on a massive hill, my foundation could not be repaired in the price or time allotted during the estimate from Caleb. However Caleb did note that it may not be possible to do a repair without massive cost because of the crazy depth of my foundation being on the downward hill that my foundation needed repair on, yadda yadda yadda, I have a super deep foundation. Anyway the crew could not complete the job and they only allotted one day so I chose not to move forward because they'd have to go deeper and it would turn into a 4 ish day operation with increased costs. Toby was very clear and lucid when talking through the problems they encountered with my nuts deep foundation, I am putting a crack monitor and I am going to see if further movement happens in the time I own this house. Great team.I also had poly being done to raise and secure my front porch and sidewalk, that was Tim C. and Alex. They did a wonderful job and were able to complete the job. My porch was really bad from the previous owner's neglect so with what they had to work with turned out really very nice and makes my home look a heck better. Very happy with the poly team and they took the time to make it perfect.Final shoutout to Holley who sent me the bill before leaving work, however I then requested an itemized bill so she hopped back on and sent that over after she was already done for the day. Really appreciate that.

Great communication, showed up on time. Caleb spent lots of time investigating the source of the water in my basement and determined the source. Turned out it was a broken pipe. Final charge for all that work? Nothing! The inspection was free. I absolutely would recommend Fortress Foundation Solutions and Caleb if you have any issues related to your foundation or basement.

I would like to share my experience with Fortress Foundations. The crew communicated their arrival time, provided a detailed plan for the work, and were diligent in setting up mechanisms to protect the areas outside of the work zone from any excessive dust during the project. I could not be more pleased with the manner in which the work was completed, the skilled labor, and the professionalism shown by this work crew. I want to applaud Mike, Gus, David, Danny, and Isaac for their dedication and commitment to providing a quality end product. The attention to detail of explaining the completed project and walking us through the various steps was a true testimony to their work ethic. Thank you to these men for making an overwhelming project for my 70 something year old mother an enjoyable experience. I was impressed and would recommend this crew and company to others..
