Great company with clear communication, tidy worksite and knowledgable staff! We have an unreinforced stone wall beside our driveway that was leaning in the wrong direction. Fortress Foundation Solutions had an engineer come out and inspect and come up with a plan to stop the movement of the wall. It was never going back to the original location without replacing the wall. The plates aren't the most aesthetically pleasing things to look at, but that is better than a collapsed wall!The on-site crew of Tyler, Daniel, and Dameer were awesome to work with and kept me informed about the steps they were taking. Very efficient!Highly recommended!

I am highly satisfied with my experience with this particular crew- Travis, Jack and Seth. Travis truly treats your home as if it was his. He is well versed in his role and confident in his abilities to get the job done and has shown that since day one of working with him. He is extremely respectful and knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. He is truly an asset to Fortress foundation. Jack has also been extremely helpful, polite, respectful he always has a positive, ready to assist attitude. I had an outstanding experience! All 3 gentleman have been incredibly friendly and provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. They went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered, offering clear and informative guidance throughout. I truly appreciated their professionalism, respect, and dedication to making sure everything went smoothly, thoroughly checking and resolving all issues.It’s rare to find such a high level of care and attention these days—absolutely excellent service.

This company did an amazing job with my French drain. I haven’t had any water in my basement at all. The workers were very nice and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I highly recommend them

My experience with my crawlspace encapsulation was great. I got a quote from Danny Camunas and he went over it in detail to make sure I knew all the areas that needed to be fixed. I had mold, water seepage and humidity. Travis Farmer and his crew was very professional and did an excellent job. He made sure that I was updated of the progress and went over the equipment installed when done. I needed electrical work done and it was nice that there is an electrician in the staff. Jeremy Vest and Dakota were my electricians. I am very pleased with the completed job and would highly recommend. I interviewed 4 companies and this was my choice.

We had our annual sump pump maintenance preformed by Clint today. Total five star experience! Clint was sharp as a tack, enthusiastic, and an expert in his field! He is an excellent representation of Fortress Foundations!

Today we had an appointment for Fortress Foundation to fix our sunken and cracked sidewalk and to install a sump pump. They showed up promptly at 8 and began work. They also ran a new line from breaker box for outlet. They did a professional job and all conducted themselves as gentlemen. My wife and I am happy with the work and want to thank DANTE, JARED, TIM C.,TIM G., and JEREMY. A few years ago they installed new floor joists and beam along with encapsulation and dehumidifier. All work was well done and they stood behind there guarantee.

Excellent service. It was time for the dehumidifier that they installed to be checked and the techinican Clint came right at the scheduled time and gave me a heads up 15 minutes before he got here. He was very professional and not only fixed a leak caused by a hose the cats knocked loose but went the extra mile and brought in a shop vac and vaccumed up the water. Highly recommended.

I had bad experiences with other companies but not this one! Great customer service and ability to do quick work.
