My experience with my crawlspace encapsulation was great. I got a quote from Danny Camunas and he went over it in detail to make sure I knew all the areas that needed to be fixed. I had mold, water seepage and humidity. Travis Farmer and his crew was very professional and did an excellent job. He made sure that I was updated of the progress and went over the equipment installed when done. I needed electrical work done and it was nice that there is an electrician in the staff. Jeremy Vest and Dakota were my electricians. I am very pleased with the completed job and would highly recommend. I interviewed 4 companies and this was my choice.

We had our annual sump pump maintenance preformed by Clint today. Total five star experience! Clint was sharp as a tack, enthusiastic, and an expert in his field! He is an excellent representation of Fortress Foundations!

Today we had an appointment for Fortress Foundation to fix our sunken and cracked sidewalk and to install a sump pump. They showed up promptly at 8 and began work. They also ran a new line from breaker box for outlet. They did a professional job and all conducted themselves as gentlemen. My wife and I am happy with the work and want to thank DANTE, JARED, TIM C.,TIM G., and JEREMY. A few years ago they installed new floor joists and beam along with encapsulation and dehumidifier. All work was well done and they stood behind there guarantee.

Excellent service. It was time for the dehumidifier that they installed to be checked and the techinican Clint came right at the scheduled time and gave me a heads up 15 minutes before he got here. He was very professional and not only fixed a leak caused by a hose the cats knocked loose but went the extra mile and brought in a shop vac and vaccumed up the water. Highly recommended.

Fortress Foundations has been great to work with. As the Owner of a home maintenance & management small business, I have worked with Caleb on two projects so far. His experience, technical knowledge, and ease to work with have been exceptional. Would recommend and we’ll continue to do work with Fortress Foundations & Caleb in the future.

They came out to address issues we were having with our crawl space and a sinking floor, and the entire process was handled with professionalism and care.Caleb Stone was the first gentleman we worked with, and he was absolutely wonderful. He took his time thoroughly inspecting the crawl space, then sat down with us to explain everything in detail. He walked us through all of our options, answered every question we had, and helped create a plan that fit within our financial budget. He never rushed us and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. He even scheduled the work before leaving and checked in after everything was completed, which we really appreciated.Our project foreman, Scott Farmer, provided outstanding customer service. I truly can’t say enough good things about him. He took the time to answer all of my questions, clearly took pride in his work, and made me feel confident in the job being done. He also spoke very highly of Fortress, saying it was an honest company and that he genuinely loved working for them—which really says a lot. Cope and his team, Jeremy, K’Nell, and Ricky did a great job on my basement waterproofing. The whole process was smooth. The consult with Scott was thorough, informative, and professional. The work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner They contacted me everyday about questions and progress being made. I loved getting the pictures as the work was being completed. The company was able to take care of several issues I was experiencing which eliminated me having to contact multiple companies. We were able to get the basement waterproofed, a sump pump and dehumidifier put in and some concrete leveled on the sidewalk.5 stars. Would definitely use them again!

Jordan and his crew were excellent from day 1. Great work. Had a couple issues with the foundation drain that was installed and Jordan was very prompt to figure out the problems and addressed them in a satisfactory manner
