In Front Royal, Jonathan was dealing with a bowing foundation wall along with water intrusion in his basement, as shown in the before photos. At Fortress Foundation Solutions, we identified structural pressure causing the wall to bow, along with poor drainage allowing water to enter the space. To address these issues, Toby and his crew installed 9 GeoLock™ Wall Anchors to stabilize the wall, along with a full waterproofing system including our WaterGuard® drainage system and TripleSafe™ Sump Pump to manage and remove water. As you can see in the after photos, these solutions stabilized the foundation and created a dry, protected basement environment.
