Foundation Repair Photo Album: Bowing Wall and Foundation Settlement repaired by Fortress in Marion, Virginia
In Marion, Kelly was dealing with serious structural issues including a bowing foundation wall and significant foundation settlement. We identified both wall instability and settling foundation sections that required stabilization.
To address these issues, Toby and his crew installed 6 PowerBrace™ Wall Support Beams to stabilize the bowing wall, along with 9 Push Piers and 6 Helical Piers to permanently support and stabilize the settling foundation.
