Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation Settlement Repair in Fredericksburg, Virginia
In Fredericksburg, Addison was concerned about foundation settlement around his home after noticing signs of movement that continued to worsen over time, as shown in the before photos. After evaluating the structure, our team at Fortress Foundation Solutions determined that permanent foundation stabilization was needed to prevent further settlement. To correct the issue, we installed 5 Push Piers beneath the affected areas of the home, transferring the weight of the structure to more stable soils below. The after photos show a permanently stabilized foundation system designed to protect the home from future settlement and provide long-term peace of mind.
