Foundation Repair Photo Album: Bowing Walls and Waterproofing Repair Project in Charlottesville, Virginia

In Charlottesville, Jerome was dealing with two basement problems at once—water intrusion and a bowing foundation wall caused by pressure from the surrounding soil, as shown in the before photos. Looking for a permanent solution, he contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions for help. Cope and his crew installed our WaterGuard® Waterproofing System to capture and redirect incoming water, along with 12 CarbonArmor® Wall Support Straps to stabilize the bowing wall. As shown in the after photos, the basement is now protected from water intrusion and the foundation wall is reinforced against further movement.
