Foundation Repair Photo Album: Roanoke, Virginia Foundation Settlement Repair Project
In Roanoke, Richard was dealing with foundation settlement after sections of his home's footing had failed, causing one side of the house to begin sinking, as shown in the before photos. After a free inspection, our team at Fortress Foundation Solutions recommended a permanent foundation repair using Helical Piers. Tyler and his crew installed 4 Helical Piers to stabilize the affected area. Because of site limitations, the piers were installed from inside the home, with extra care taken to protect the finished living space throughout the project. As shown in the after photos, the foundation is now permanently supported and protected against further settlement.

After installing the piers, we covered up the holes with concrete to allow the floor to be finished back over.
