Foundation Repair Photo Album: Bowing Wall Repair in Union Bridge, Maryland

Scott’s basement in Union Bridge, Maryland, needed some attention. The walls had started to bow, and he wanted to make sure the movement didn’t turn into a much bigger problem down the road. Rather than using bulky steel supports, we were able to reinforce the walls with 22 CarbonArmor straps. The straps are extremely strong but have a slim profile, making them a great option when you want serious wall support without taking over the basement. Once the installation was complete, the walls had the reinforcement they needed to help prevent further movement—and Scott has one less foundation concern to worry about.
