Foundation Repair Photo Album: Sagging Floor Repair in Roanoke, Virginia

Wayne in Roanoke, Virginia, had noticed his floors starting to sag and knew something underneath the home needed attention. He wanted to get the problem fixed before it became a bigger issue. Our crew installed 10 SmartJacks in the basement to provide additional support to the floor system and help stabilize the sagging areas. The goal was to give the floors the support they had been missing without overcomplicating the repair.
