This homeowner in Lynchburg called Fortress Foundation Solutions because they had water intrusion in their crawl space, and floors in their home had started sagging. 

After explaining all the issues they were having over the phone, we sent one of our System Designers, Chris Guill, out to take a look! He recommended our SmartJack Crawl Space Support System, along with SmartSump and UltraSump sump pumps, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.

This system provides solid support for undersized beams and restores stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a crawl space. The sump pumps and SaniDry will work together to keep the crawl space dry, preventing future water damage.

This home in Lynchburg had started settling, causing cracking in the foundation.  The homeowner reached out to Fortress to get their foundation stabilized.

Our foreman and his crew went out and installed 4 Push Piers. Push Piers permanently stabilize a home's foundation, and will even lift the home back to it's original position!

There were several large cracks running throughout the brick and concrete on this property. Fortress solved this by installing 5 Helical Piers around the house to support the foundation.

This homeowner contacted Fortress Foundatin Solutions because they had some concerns about their foundation. There was a huge crack running along the floor in there home and it looked like one side had started to sink down. 

Fortress solved this problem by installing our Push Piers. Push Piers feature a patent-pending external sleeve that strengthens the pier at the critical tension point below the bracket. They are installed next to the footings and attached with a heavy duty steel bracket.

Fortress used FlexiSeal to repair this large vertical crack in the basement wall.
