Fortress went out and installed 9 Geo-Lock Wall Anchors to permanently stabilize those foundation walls. This innovative wall anchor system will permanently stabilize your foundation walls by anchoring your walls to the hard-packed soil beyond your foundation. After installation, wall anchors can often be tightened over time to further straighten your foundation walls and pull them back to their original position.

This customer called Fortress Foundation Solutions concerned with a gap that was in-between the baseboard and floor. The home owners were flipping this property and getting it done efficiently was important to them. We sent our System Designer, Paul, out to inspect the property. After a thorough inspection he determined the best solution was to install our Smart Jacks XT to raise the floor and add additional support .
