This homeowner in Port Republic called Fortress because they had water intrusion in their crawl space and floors in their home had started sagging.
After explaining all the issues they were having over the phone, we sent one of our System Designers out to take a look! He recommended our SmartJack Crawl Space Support System. This system provides solid support for undersized beams and restores stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a crawl space. We also installed a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, a SmartSump sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to assure them that their crawl space would stay dry!
This customer came to us with a wall-to-wall horizontal crack and cracks between cinder blocks. Thankfully, there was no water. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a series of PowerBraces and CarbonArmor fiber strips. These two products offer the same protection, but are used depending on any obstructions of the wall.
This homeowner in Afton contacted Fortress because the walls in their basement were cracking and starting to bow inwards. Fortress came up with a solution to assure the homeowner that their walls would not fail.

Zinc-plated steel beams are custom-fit to your basement wall height and secured tight against your basement wall with brackets anchored to your basement floor and floor joists. This homeowner can now rest assured knowing that their foundation is stabilized!
This homeowner not only had flooding issues, but also had several foundation issues. There were cracks and seperations in the walls and the walls had begun to bow. The Fortress Team solved these problems by installing a full perimeter WaterGuard with a SuperSump Plus System. To solve the foundation issues, we installed six PowerBraces and ten CarbonArmor systems that will prevent any future foundation cracks and settlement.
This home in South Boston, VA had concerns about a bowing wall. They called Fortress to get the job done right. Our System Designer, Zach was able to go out to this home and give a free estimate. Once Zach was complete with his evaluation, he knew the best solution to this issue would be our GeoLock wall anchor system. This system helps to stabilize the wall.
