This home in North Garden, VA was experiencing an issue with the stability of its crawlspace. The wood posts and concrete columns were no longer efficiently holding up the sagging floors of the home. The moisture level in the crawlspace was enormously high; this was beginning to dampen the wood beams, which further added to the sinking of the floors.
