Challenge

This home in Danville, Virginia had a huge stair-step crack in the wall of the basement due to foundation settlement. The homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions to see how we could fix this issue fast, because it was a very scary thought that their house was not stable. Our System Designer Scott Llewellyn went to the home and looked over the situation. Scott determined the best solution would be our Push Piers.

Solution

Our Foreman Robert Burger and his crew went to this home to begin stabilizing the foundation. The Push Piers are installed at the footer of the foundation and attached with a heavy duty steel bracket. This provided a permanent solution to this customers settling foundation!
