Challenge

This home in Lynchburg, VA had issues with a bowing foundation wall, along with water coming into the home through the basement. Our System Designer, was able to come out to this home to provide a free no obligate estimate.

Solution

After the inspection of the home, the best solution for this home would be our Geo Lock wall anchor system. This system is placed on the walls to help stabilize the foundation. We also installed our WaterGuard system. This system includes a sump pump that pumps all water out of the home. These systems work get together to ensure no water gets into the home while also have foundation support to the walls.

This photo shows before the work was done. You can see the major bow in the foundation wall. You can also see the damage the water has done to the home.

This is the final product. The Wall system is in place. Under that is our Clean space wall, that gives the room a bright feel. You can also see the WaterGuard system is in place and the Dehumidifier is ready to take on any moisture.
