Solution
Fortress Foundation Solutions recommended the installation of a Push Pier system to permanently stabilize the affected section of the foundation. Our team strategically installed steel push piers along the settling portion of the garage foundation, driving them deep into stable, load-bearing soil.
Once the piers reached the appropriate depth, controlled hydraulic lifting was performed to carefully raise the foundation back toward its original position. This process helped correct the settlement and reduce stress on the surrounding structure.
After installation, the foundation was stabilized, and the affected areas of the home showed improved alignment. Mark gained peace of mind knowing his home was supported by a long-term solution designed to prevent further settlement.
