Solution
To permanently stabilize the foundation, Tyler and his crew installed 11 Push Piers around the affected areas of the home.
These piers were driven deep into stable soil beneath the structure, allowing the weight of the home to be transferred away from the unstable upper soils and onto stronger ground below. This process helped stop further settlement and restore stability to the foundation.
By the time the project was complete, the home was significantly more secure and properly supported for the long term. Brian now has peace of mind knowing his foundation has the stability it needs moving forward.
