Solution
After evaluating the property, we found that unstable soil beneath the foundation had caused one corner of the home to settle.
To permanently stabilize the structure, our team installed 9 Helical Piers around the affected area of the foundation. These piers were advanced deep into stable soil beneath the home, allowing the weight of the structure to be transferred onto stronger, more reliable ground.
By the time the project was complete, the settling corner of the home was stabilized and properly supported. Robert now has peace of mind knowing the foundation is secure and protected from further movement moving forward.
