Challenge

Solution
Our team completed a comprehensive structural repair plan to address each issue.
To stabilize the settling foundation, we installed 5 Helical Piers, providing permanent support by transferring the home's weight to stable soil below. We then reinforced the bowing basement wall with 10 CarbonArmor® Wall Support Straps, preventing further inward movement while strengthening the wall. Finally, we installed 4 SmartJack® supports beneath the home to stabilize the sagging floor system and restore solid support where it was needed most.
With the repairs complete, Rose's home is now properly supported from the foundation up. The settlement has been addressed, the basement wall is reinforced, and the floors are stronger and more stable, giving her lasting confidence in the structural integrity of her home.
