Bowing wall and sagging floor repair in Stuarts Draft, Virginia

Challenge
Thomas was dealing with several issues in his home in Stuarts Draft. A wall in the basement had cracked and stared to bow inwards, causing concern about long term stability of the foundation. In the crawl space, humidity had weakened several floor joists, causing the floors above to sag.
Solution
We installed 16 CarbonArmor wall support straps and 2 GeoLock Wall Anchors to the bowing basement wall. These systems work to provide lasting support to the wall, preventing further movement. We also installed 2 SmartJacks in the crawl space to support the sagging floors and also prevent more movement.
