I had an excellent experience with Fortress Foundations. After finding them on Google and seeing great reviews, I gave them a call to assess a foundation issue. The scheduling process was smooth from start to finish. The person who answered the phone was fantastic, and they were able to schedule me the next day (on Christmas Eve!).Scott Michaelsen came out to assess my foundation. He called to confirm my appointment and texted me with his arrival time. Scott was punctual, knowledgeable, and great to work with. He took the time to explain what he was seeing and offered thoughtful guidance. He was able to answer all my questions and spent nearly an hour walking around my property talking with me. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and would highly recommend asking for him personally to do your consult.Overall, this was a first-rate experience, and I highly recommend Scott Michaelsen and Fortress Foundations.

Riley is very knowledgeable and was helpful while doing a floor inspection. The floor structure turned out to be fine and the only issues are cosmetic. He was already familiar with our house as we have worked with him before to have basement wall supports installed and he did a great job last year when they were installed. He did a great job with communication and scheduling a time to come out to meet us in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone looking for these services.

Joe was outstanding, thorough, professional, understanding and kind. That she can not say enough nice things about Joe and he is one of the nicest people she has ever met, and that he took the time with her so she would understand everything. She also wanted to leave a review for me as well stating that I have a very kind voice and she is very appreciative of me for doing this for her, and for me to know that she is someone that really appreciates me for all my help. Gus, Luis and Jorge did a phenomenal job! They were great at communicating their arrival time and what the project entailed. They worked incredibly hard. They also did a wonderful job cleaning up when they were finished. I’m really happy with their work.Nathan was my initial contact. He walked me through the options available, and we came up with a plan that worked for me, both financially and from a home protection standpoint. Nathan was knowledgeable but could explain things in lay terms so I understood what was needed.

Fortress was recommended to me by a neighbor/friend and I, too, can highly recommend Fortress services. You will be cheating yourself if you don’t include them for foundation repair estimates. Riley Ethier came to diagnose leak at the basement foundation. He did it very thoroughly, looked everywhere inside and out, found the source of leak was plumbing issue. He did awesome job . Very highly recommend to anyone who needs the excellent job to be done.

FFS came to our home for a foundation inspection. Scott Michealsen was the inspector. We had indications of the floors and walls moving. His inspection was thorough and each aspect was explained in detail. Overall, he was quite likeable, professional in his appearance and demeanor. His knowledge was unquestionably that of an expert.He informed us he did not find any issues with the foundation but agreed there was an issue, however, they would not be able to assist us. So I will conclude with him being trustworthy and honest as well.Overall I was very pleased and would contact him if ever I needed foundation advice in the future.

The team at Fortress Foundation was excellent and I would highly recommend them for any basement or foundation needs. They help me determine the right solution for my sinking garage foundation and came in on cost and on schedule. From sales team (Matt) to the front office (Grant and Laci) to the excavation crew (Nick, Brian, David, and Danny), they took great care of me and my property. I'd highly recommend.

The guys came and got right to work. They knew what they needed to do before they got there. They were very professional and got the job done in one day and total it was 22 carbon fiber strips they did an excellent job I would highly recommend

I had concerns about my foundation due to some new hairline cracks, spliting wood floors and other items throughout our house. Riley and RJ came by to give an inspection, and I was very impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. I was expecting to hear a pushy sales pitch on how I needed a maintenance contract or to be over sold by using fear or the need to act now. It was the opposite. They reviewed the items I was concerned with and made assessments on each.
